Is it possible for this teaching to not be part of the magesterium because of the fact that so many bishops have rejected it? In order to be infallible must it come from both the pope and the bishops?
I listened to this sermon but remain confused. Did Father DeSaye believe Frances is the pope or not? Did he say we need to believe that FS is to be implemented by all of the Catholic world, or not?
It is true the priest dont need to ak and knowl as nuncio claims, of same sex couple. He is callred to bless all who seek his prayers. The problem arise with the naming and calling of blessing for same sex couple blessing. There was no need for the naming and there was no need for tge declaration. 😮
A homosexual inclination is not sinful if one doesn't follow the inclination but mortifies it. The answer to any evil inclination is prayer, mortification, and the use of the Sacraments.
Again, the inclination (same-sex attraction) must be mortified, and the disorder cannot be displayed as something good. But homosexual "couples" manifest their evil inclination as something good and acceptable. Besides, no one believes that they live a chaste life. And even if they did, they cannot present themselves publicly as a "gay couple". That's a sin against the social order.
