So many people say, “But I don’t need staging, we have our own stuff…”
Yeah, no.
While others will nod & smile & say your place looks fine for photos, it won’t happen on my watch. From my luxury high end listings to my lowest priced, they ALL need some. Some need ALL!
BASIC CHECKLIST & mistakes I see with properties that sit:
💥workout equipment that’s not in a designated gym
💥bedrooms showing as offices (fine for living, not for selling as buyers ALWAYS say “I can’t see a bed fitting in here.”
💥clutter on counters, vanities, dressers, shelves (yes, your hodge podge of stuff is clutter)
💥loud bedding & shower curtains (should always be white)
💥busy rugs or curtains
I can’t get occupied listings to remove it all obviously. They usually need their own REAL beds to sleep & couches to sit. But I take care of the rest. From front & back porches, bathrooms, every single room & space gets staged. The majority of my listings are indeed occupied.
