This is an unreal tas man, pure entertainment, respect. I hope you considering 100% Tas of CTR or Crash Bash next, because no one has ever achieved that SuPeRbOoMfAn, only speedruns.
@@eleronpfoutz7823 I actually played that game pretty hard when I was younger with my brother. Ngl, it was pretty entertaining for a long while. It wasn't until after beating the initial campaign together is when the AI went from a 6 to an 11 in difficulty. But playing the stages with my brother was good times after.
I do miss when games like this would tease us with colletables and reward creativity. Even Crash 3 didn't play with secret exits as much as I wish it did (barring that unnecessarily cryptic pterodactyl one)
And the fact that boom's new record without tas is just 5 minutes from this perfect TAS is absolutely wild. It's so hard to be consistently perfect in this game
I was imagining this run before the video came out, and it turned out to be really amazing and excellent for getting 100% on this game! I love this run so much! And amazing glitches including the Warp Room 5 levels like Rock It, Spaced Out, Piston It Away, and Pack Attack.
It's funny. I actually knew some of these strats when I was a kid, and I'm pretty sure I didn't look for them online. Man I love Crash 2, seeing it completely wrecked with TAS strats fills my heart with joy I'm also glad it's a glitchless run in which we don't farm kills for unlocking everything. This is much more entertaining
@@scantyer Dude you ain't seen Crash 2 glitched cathegory. You can get crystals and gems from regular enemies, up to 200% game progress, not obtainable through normal means. You can skip every level and turn Crash 2 in a boss rush. Although that isn't as amusing as watching every level imo, it's just bounce and enemy respawn farming 'til you get just enough to beat the game.
If I am not mistaken the bouncing box item glitch is so broken that it became a category of his own, if you see the speedrun foruns. This category here is probably a 100% glitched restricted (it definitly contains some glitches, like the box count trickery in diggin in and the trigger skips in the jetpack levels) while the bouncing box is probably the True 100% or something like that
I'm pretty sure that's the only time they get invincibility because it's actually slower than slide-spinning, but at that one specific point it's faster because of the monkey bars.
I have beaten the game 100% multiple times in a short period matter fact I feel I am above average but watching these guys (speed runners ) complete a game makes me feel like quitting gaming life all together 😅 (not literally , symbolically ) definitely admired their craft absolute fucking beast .
Cold Hard Crash is arguably my favorite level in the game for that very reason. That's how you make an excellent late game challenge. A lot of people complain about it, but unlike Crash 4, it's near the end of the game and is one of the few times the game really tests the limit of your skill in the game (whereas Crash 4 kind of does that with EVERY level.....)
