The procedure from the video (for those who want a written recipe):
    Wash the eggshells thoroughly.
Crack them and eat the insides.
Save the shells and keep them in the freezer.
When you have a gallon zip-lock bag full of eggshells, take them out and put them on a cookie sheet.
Turn oven to 250 degrees (Fahrenheit).
Cook for an hour. This leaves the membrane intact, ensures the egg shells are completely dried out, and kills any bacteria.
Crunch them up in a big bowl, then put them in something like a Magic Bullet or Ninja food processor. Put on "pulverize" and let it run as long as it needs to to create a very fine eggshell powder.
You can sprinkle it on food.

Great suggestion! 2 refinements that should be noted. First, do NOT use a blender to grind the shells, unless the blender uses a glass vessel! The shells will abrade plastic, and you will end up with that toxic plastic in your healthy supplement. Next, get a small strainer to catch the pieces that do not become powder. A warning: Ground egg shell is extremely abrasive. If you add it to food that you chew, you can feel it grinding away at the enamel of your teeth! Don't put it in anything you chew! If you mix it with drinks, it sinks so fast you can't get it down. You can add it to a very thick shake I suppose. I solved the problem by buying a capsule filling machine, and making my own eggshell capsules. Pro tip: line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. The little drips of egg that drop onto the cookie sheet harden like epoxy, and are very hard to get off without ruining the cookie sheet. The paper just gets tossed, leaving nothing but a rinse for clean up!

You were doing an absolutely phenomenal job until you said you were making capsules out of them because they have a very fine and hard powder making capsules out of them is a nightmare I have tried and I have made capsules of many other things and eggshell powder is the worst also I don’t consume capsules anymore because it’s processed and you don’t know what is in those capsules even if they are vegetarian. I also don’t use capsules because taking a teaspoon and putting it in your mouth and then swishing it down with water is by far the best solution for every supplement and every powder.
Every morning I wake up I take two scoops of grass fed whey protein isolate two scoops of almond flour or pumpkin seed flour I alternate every few days between the two you don’t want to take them at the same time because some of them could have anti-nutrients that will prevent each other from absorbing. I also don’t brew coffee I just take a big tablespoon of my organic CBD coffee and half a teaspoon of Kratom and I feel absolutely incredible and I just gave myself an unbelievable amount of nutrients in about two minutes worth of scooping.
I also eat half a pound of organic spinach every morning and every night I don’t blend it I just put it in my mouth and chew it down and it takes about 40 seconds of chewing.
I wouldn’t recommend eggs in the morning because they make you tired I would recommend eggs about 2 1/2 hours before going to bed so that they can make you tired right before bed and fill your brain with nutrients so that you can get better sleep.
I used to spend hours every day cooking and cleaning dishes now I spent a total of 20 minutes cooking and eating every day.

He cleans them before using the insides. Saves the remaining shells in a ziplock bag in the freezer until he has enough to bake. Then bakes large amounts like a gallon bag worth at 250°f for 1 hour. Then grinds baked shells to a power. He consumes 1/2 tsp power, per day, plus sprinkles some on his pet’s foods (Dogs and Cats) too.
PS: Also works well on plants to prevent deficiency diseases, especially for tomatoes and peppers.

This is great! I envision phasing out the Citracal that the doctor currently has me taking, and replacing that with eggshells. I am a forest gardener, implementing regenerative agriculture practices, some of which are based on Korean Natural Farming (KNF). One of the inputs is Water Soluble Calcium (WCA) made by mixing the roasted, crushed eggshells with Brown Rice Vinegar in a 1:10 ratio. You leave it to sit and react for 5 to 10 days. That is to provide nutrition for plants. Since you promote the use of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) for its health benefits, I wondered whether it makes sense to incorporate eggshells into the ACV, or whether the WCA might be good for human consumption along with a carnivore diet.
