There’s something to be said for Geoff as a coach, that’s a rare human being to have such enthusiasm and honest support for his athletes. Congratulations on smashing the race to you and all your team! Onto the next one! P.s this production was 🤌🏻
after taking on 3 1/2s in ‘23 and increasing my weekly volume from upper 20s to a new PB of 45 this week, i’ve decided ‘24 will be my first full marathon, and i have your inspirational videos to thank for guidance, thanks Nick! G1M!
Go crush it! I run two marathons a year and they never get routine or easy - they are not supposed to! But I keep coming back cause there is really nothing that compares to the 42K race with yourself and fighting the battle between the mind and the body. Best advice is to respect it and train well and remember to enjoy all of it 🎉
Insane series. I wish every athlete could have a showcase like this. Your film/editing team need a huge round of applause. I can’t say I’ve ever been this excited to watch a video about someone running. Well done boys and of course congrats Nick.
Nick, this is your best video ever. Editing quality is just stunning. Well done and huge congrats to be able to achieve 2:39. You made me leave the couch and train 6 times a week (3 days weightlifting and 3 days running). It's been for 3 months now and I feel my life is changing for the better in many ways. Thank you!
This video is a testamant to what BPN means. What a big support crew and what level of persistance you Nick put into your projects. Much respect and love, Pit!
When I feel like I’m drowning in my day to day responsibilities and am forgetting my “why” to keep pushing forward, guys like you give me the strength and motivation to keep going. Love everything you do, you’re real life hero.
Hey Nick I tried to get a sub 3 when I was 35, and did not prepare properly and got injured. I'm very fit but I always have this in the back of my mind. I'm 47 now and have been watching your videos the past 5 years, what you do in Marathons amazes me and I will get this sub 3 hour if it kills me know. You truly are an outlier in endurance strength and fitness. John (Ireland)
My 7 year old and I just finished this now she wants to go for a run and run as fast as possible like ”Ken”. She thinks Nick is Ken from Barbie movie lol GO ONE MORE! Congrats man! Huge accomplishment.
Today, I had my first structured workout for my first marathon prep. This video gave me chills and tears. I am pumped for the hardships, tears and joys that will come. Congratulations Nick. I followed you through the entire race on their event page and it was truly inspiring. Go One More baby! 👏💪! P.s. Congratulations to the filming crew and coach. We'll done indeed.❤
Been watching for years. I will be doing my first marathon this December. I’m 8 months post op on my shoulder and just starting to add miles on. Thanks for everything you do.
Something about watching these wins (him and all the other runners on social media) makes me so emotional and happy. Makes me want to get out there and give it everything I got. Love you Nick, love BPN, and love everything you stand for.
Somehow only just seen this video - goosebumps. The edit, the athlete, the motivation - this is what it's all about!! I run my first 10K this week, and right now a marathon feels unachievable - but just like running, one step at a time and I'll get there 🙌
Nick, I've been a follower since the beginning of the channel. Every time you break a barrier and "GO ONE MORE" in an endurance goal, I think back to the time you said you'd never run again after you got out of the military. Well, here you are. Congrats man! Much respect.
Nick, you are an absolute animal. I am training for a 2:40 right now. I have always lifted weights but I want to become more than just that. The coolest thing about you, is it looks like you could flip over a car AND you are running a very elite pace that not even 1% can do. Good work brother
Dude your production team KILLED IT. Your preparation and dedication is on point and your production team does such a good job at showing it. Great job all around, wow.
About to enter a taper week for my 70.3 race and I am watching this video everyday until race day. It motivated me at my first 13.1 in January and motivating me for my 70.3.
Nick, I have recently documented myself running around all of the fingerlakes of NY, and a great part of inspiration for that has come from the content you and your team put out. Thank you for the inspirational message 🤙
As a female runner, who loves to lift heavy and run long distances, I find it compelling to watch Nick train as a hybrid athlete. It's incredibly inspiring. I love to see truly STRONG runners out there nailing it.
Another fantastic display of executing a plan. The production of this video was amazing too. You and your team continue to lead from the front. Well done everyone💪🏻
Everything is so good about this Nick. From your efforts (over the years), your effort on the day, your team, the edit, the music. Everything! Congrats man 🙌🏼
You’re an inspiration brother!! Bc of watching your vids I ran my first half a year ago with the goal of sub 2 hrs and I hit 2:00:26 - all bc I had to re-lace my shoes LOL but this year I’m def hitting sub 2 in preparation for NYC marathon in the fall 🔥🔥 keep inspiring 🎉🎉
He made that WAY harder than it needed to be. He literally had the answer already at 6:53 with 158.9466. Anyone decent at math can easily recognize the calculation is already done, and add in the two hours (120) in their head and subtract it to get the number he was really struggling for (38.9466 minutes).
Congratulations Nick! Thank you so much for bringing us along on this journey and all the others that lead you here! An inspiration to so many dream chasers like me. Marathon #2 for me in Chicago and I’ll be chasing 2:45 just like you (2:56 NYC) 🎉
I’ve watched your 2:45 journey and threw out all your other journeys threw out the years, watching the videos and the hard work you put in inspired me to work harder and that speak in the end made me cry so hard, keep it up nick, I look up to you and look forward of watching more and more❤❤❤❤
This is what is called teamwork, we have witnessed a great preparation. Congratulations on the goal achieved, you show us that anything is possible. And to the filming team.. what a great piece you have created!
Congratulations Nick! I have been following this prep, amongst some of your older Ironman preps. I am training for my first Iron Man 70.3 this September. This video is confirmation that hard work pays off. Thank you, and go one more.
This is the best running video I have ever seen. If you aren't motivated after watching this, you don't have a pulse! Great work Nick, this is an incredible accomplishment!

Wow, just wow. Amazing content and editing. BPN is such a well structured machine. The recruitment is unmatched. Amazing job Nick, on everything. Watching the expansion of this brand over the years is astounding.
AWESOME effort Nick! This video brought back so many memories when I ran my PR there in 2007. It is NOT, in my opinion, a fast course..too many rollers versus a Berlin, Valencia or Chicago. How we ran our PRs on THAT course? Grit and determination, period.
Wow. What a prep & race ... AMAZING! I run my next Marathon in October 24. Sub 3:30 is my goal & I will always watch your videos for some inspiration. Thank you!
Cant wait to watch this. Crazy to see his evolution of running a 4 hour + marathon to this. Really leading this community by example. Much Love for anyone reading this heading into 2024 ❤
This is pure art. The planning, the commitment and the execution was impecable. I'll be running my 3rd marathon in less than 2 weeks, sub 2:55. The hay is in the barn.
Well done, Nick! The production is insane - I rewatched this video multiple times!! You are such an inspiration in my hybrid training journey. Thank you for what you do!

Thanks and congrats. Running a marathon is never easy ...but you look so fresh passing the finish line.... very good preparation, congrats to all the team.
About a year ago, I was at my heaviest (280lbs) could barely run to the liquor store 1/2 a mile down from my house. Thanks for the inspiration Nick . G1M Lets go !
The impressive thing is looking at his body composition compared to the runners around him. Straight beast
@RhinoJoeOutdoors:
Yes, that's true. His body composition is completly wrong for a good runner. Furthermore, it looks disguisting.
