As another commenter wrote, I too cannot understand how this not getting the coverage it deserves. I"ve been trying to learn for over a month, and for whatever reason, when I logged on today, searching the same keywords, your video populated in my results. I don't know how, but thank God it did.

Finally, I found what I needed after HOURS on TH-cam and the internet trying to learn working with svg's and Cricut, and only I really learned is that it is sooooo frustrating. I've signed up for the Masterclass. So excited!
This helped Answer a lot of my "how do you do that" questions!! I think I need to get this software now!

For the original floral design you traced, was that your own file you created/licensed, or did you just find it online and trace it? If it's the latter, would that be legal to sell, even if you added some text to it? Does the original copyright holder maintain rights even if there's been an alteration to their work? I'd hate to trace someone else's work only to have them angry when I try to make a sellable file that includes their work.
The original copyright holder maintains their rights. You can't just steal someone else's work and sell it as your own. People do it all the time though, unfortunately.

Was very excited when I found your channel, but then I saw no new videos have been posted for the past year.... also the link to your SVG Design for Crafters Class link doesn't work either. Does anyone have any new info on this, does Krista still offer classes or anything?
I’m having difficulty with even just the first step. I drew my own design in procreate then exported as a png with no background and now when I click on it and try and go to create outlines, the tab is greyed and won’t let me do it

The link to your class does not work ): This is the BEST quick tip video of Adobe Illustrator that shows you what the program really can do. It looks so bland to a new user and the terms are foreign lol This makes me actually WANT to take the time to learn all the details!
