Downloaded the Beta version after watching Unmesh's video, really messed up the link between LR and PS, selecting the "open in photoshop" option would open photoshop but not the image, I could open as a smart object or open as layer and this would open the image/images but saving back to LR failed and I got a pop up line 2 error. Spoke to support as Adobe and in the end I had to backup everything in LR and PS2023 then uninstall the beta version , uninstall LR and PS2023 and reinstall, didn't bother with the beta again, Adobe said it was to do with the ACR. Can't wait for this feature to be in general release, great video as usual Glyn

I've seen a lot of editors use the Generative Fill tool on their channels and the results are amazing, but what they don't say is that if you like what it did and can use it, they don't mention to use the thumbs up if the selection is what they can use, this sends info back to Adobe saying it got this right, if you don't like a selection then you can use the thumbs down. You can select either by using the options in the Generative Fill bar or by clicking the 3 dots in the Variations and choosing thumbs up or down. Maybe you can introduce this in future content regarding Generative Fill.

The selection comes out as black. The 1st use after a reinstall works fine. Then you just get a black or brown (with white edges) after that. another cracking video, cheers again glyn.i noticed at 2:30 on the video, after using the tool to remove your wife and dogs, the building wall had issues with the vertical lines of the wall itself, and the angular support struts on the wall too.would this tool be able to use AI to differentiate between vertical and diagonal lines,or would you use a different method to re-touch that particular area, like the clone stamp tool?
