Architecturally wonderful---would fit someone who goes either more contemporary or traditional---I have lived in Beverly Hills---Redondo Beach to Orange County's Laguna Beach---Sorry to say all real estate today truly is at least 25 % overpriced---This really is a 15 to 18 million dollar home
