Nice! It’s looks staged, but it’s well done and, thankfully, not in that monochrome white or beige that’s the current trend. Although it is a damn-near hotel (with its own parking garage), it still feels “lived in”. The only over-the-top amenity missing: a helipad... lol

Of course, places like this aren't for living in, raising you kids, etc. They a ego boxes for a few obscenely wealthy people who will probably keep it as an occassionally used LA pied a terra for business and partying (god only knows what THAT entails.) Am I the only one utterly disgusted with this tasteless and disgusting flaunting of wealth while tens of thousand of people in LA County are homeless and living under freeway bridges?
Not impressed by the decor. It’s just lacking lighting like some mansions that have elaborate chandeliers & stunning hanging light sculptures etc. $80 million??… I’d say $24- $30 million. It’s still beautiful.. just lacking in the decor design.
