- In this Stretch Upper class, Coach Grace will take you through stretches that will prepare your shoulders and spine for back bridges. You’ll finish class with some bridge holds and walk-downs on the wall!
Your stretches will include:
Shoulder flexion stretches
Shoulder extension stretches
Seal push-ups
Wrist stretches
Hip flexor stretches
Bridge holds
Bridge walk-downs on wall
You’ll need:
Yoga Mat (or comfortable floor space)
Bench (or elevated surface, chair, box, etc)
Wall Space
