Why a new ordinance? Use the laws you have. Drugs=illegal, disorderly conduct=illegal, lewd acts=illegal, possession of a firearm while committing a felony=illegal. Just enforce what you have.

I live in brooklyn ny recently a chinese home owner reneted there house as a airbnb.. there has allredy been fights and yelling with a ton of people outside the house been on this block my entire life and never seen shite like this
