I searched "double standards" and this is what the TH-cam algorithm came up with. I'd say it's fairly spot on.
Please note that this is only in USA
You people crying about double standards in these situations need to get past the everything-and-everyone-is-exactly-the-same-so-they-all-should-be-treated-exactly-the-same foolishness and understand that males and females are not the same and shouldn't be or expect to be treated the same ALL the time. The reality is that this could at least completely change, if not destroy, a young girls life. There are reasons for that, like, say, she can get pregnant, for one. Women are also just more emotionally affected by things like this. And that can indeed traumatize SOME girls. Boys are not going to be traumatized or damaged by this in any way, when it happens or at anytime later. The most it will affect a boy is to give him pleasant memories and an occasional urge to thump his chest and brag a bit. These are natural things that haven't, for most of history, even required teaching. Because it used to be common sense. A male teacher should be penalized for this, likely imprisoned. A female teacher probably should lose her job for this, and her husband might divorce her for this, but the idea of sending her to prison for abuse of teenage boys is batsh-t ridiculous, insulting to boys, and something that uptight, nosy old maids, as they used to be called, would ever have a hissy fit about.

We Women are too "delicate" to be put in Jail. I know a Lady who stole Prescription Pads, forged signatures and traded those drugs or sold them. She played "The Crying" and "I'm having a Baby" game. The Courts had this "You can't throw a Pregnant Woman in Jail. That is so cruel." No, She knew what she was doing, but did it anyway. After 6 months in Jail, She got out on "Good behaviour". I’m a professional who has been in the “people business “ for many years. This stuff is epidemic and is actually more common with female teachers than men. That’s true, I believe, because men realize that their penalty will sadly be much greater than women, and they are right . This is mental illness of the worst degree . To be clear, it is NOT such that the woman is absolved of the crime! She knew exactly what she was doing. The part that’s so sick is that most of these women are very attractive and would have no difficulty finding an appropriate love interest their own age. This is pedophilia in the highest degree. We had an 8th grade English teacher that was inappropriate with the 8th grade boys everyday openly it was crazy. She's give back rubs, whisper in ears, and run her finger thru boys hair and talk sexually suggestive. She'd also dress very provocative, heels, open blouses, tight skirts, lots of makeup and red lipstick, hair all poofy up and hairsprayed. She even took some boys home from school claiming she gave them rides home. One day she was gone and not a word was said by the school.

There are both natural and historical reasons for this. Male and female sexuality are different. Girls get pregnant. Historically, men believe they have to protect the honor of the tribe's women because that's how you guarantee the integrity of family lines.. You don't want a woman to get pregnant from a stranger. The administration staff is supposed to be paying attention to the teachers and students but their so busy following the custodians every move so stuff like this happens I'm not saying they can catch all of it but put the same amount and time in with teachers and students like they do the custodians
Work is for the little people, and the layman.

im in my 30s when i was 12 years old my mother took him to one of her friends house , her friend had a younger woman over who was 25 years old and drunk on the sofa. My mum and her friend were also in the same room, i sat next to the 25yr old woman on the sofa and she kept leaning her head on my shoulder and kissed me on the cheek, i started kissing her on the cheek back. Then my mum came and sat in the middle between us to stop anything more happening.
Now i look back on it as a found happy memory and only wished it could have gone much further

A male teacher, a priest and the choirmaster all preyed on 6th and 7th grade students at an Episcopal school I attended in the 1970s. It was hushed up at the time but word got around. Teacher was fired and left town, priest was defrocked and choirmaster fired, but both got jobs out of state and continued victimizing students at other schools. Hushing it up was SOP in those days.

my high school music teacher who was my teacher 20 years ago (he retired about a decade ago) got popped for traveling out of state to meet what he thought was a 15 year old boy and got a motel room and brought all kinds of stuff.
She made it with the boy more than just a few times. Once this happened they both had an addiction to one another. The addiction was so overpowering that there was no stopping them from seeing one another. Why don't they completely explain all of the details if they are going to tell any part of the story. The addiction was stronger than a person who has an overpowering drug or controlled substances abuse addiction. People that is the complete story.
I wish I had that kind of teacher in high school now 😢
