I remember when I got DPDR in 2018. I couldn’t find solution to my problem and found your channel. I have watched almost all your videos from that time. Then years passed and DPDR slowly faded away. Now my life looks so different. Still not perfect but time has healed many problems. Now I am here in 2024, and got notification from this video. All I want to say after all these years is thank you. hi jordan, since I started to feel my body again I feel all my muscles tense and I started to feel back pain and neck pain, I almost feel like a stone statue, and I started to stress about it, because I can't relax my muscles. do you have any advice for me?
