    Thank you for sharing more videos! I guess I'm too inpatient / enjoy active flow and active stretching too much over this type of slower and concentrated practise.

    I have just had a climbing accident and luckily injuries aren’t too bad, just a swollen ankle, I wondered if you could do a stretching / yoga lying down/ minimising pressure on legs? Would be very useful to keep flexible the rest of the body injured!

      Sorry to hear that you had a climbing accident, but I'm glad to hear that injuries are not too bad. I have a few sessions that focuses on the upper body more, have you tried them? And also you could check out this one:

    Are my shoulders supposed to be centered for the second exercise, or supposed to move vertically? :)
