I enjoy work love studying I imposed often in adinite quantity I undertaking all kinds of work that I pick to do.
I my task is not stopping me form moving forward
My journey is never going to stop no matter what I come across .
I enjoy life
Unfortunately at any given time... We do. Leaders nowadays tend to also have difficulty saying "no". 🤷🏻
This is a very wonderful video. One thing I learnt is that you make a list of tasks you do.
Then set realistic duration for important but not urgent things.
Then we can leave time for things that are not important but urgent or things that are important and urgent, once they come up.
Then we avoid things that are not important and not urgent.
ive been struggling alot at work lately juggling covid related work stress and the rushing demands my employer is putting out for me. i really needed this information to help me. not only is this going to help me professionally but its going to dramatically reduce my stress level. thank you for this
