I have tried the same procedures but still the same error: "0xc19a0003 There is a problem with the printhead". The "Clean Printhead" option within the printer menu does nothing.
@@shivaharrilal With multiple pull and connect attempts, the long ribbon cables seem damaged too. I have new ones but I cannot open it. It is complicated. Not much of disassembly videos for this type.

God is great! I didn't do the syringeissues, my problems was fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting the cables on the back of the print head. Amen
