The set up's are so great,it's hard to pick one!!thanks for your honesty and not shoveling a product from a friend on us!!THIS is why I love your content!!!
Good info, thanks Blackie. I am using my US Canteen Cup as my main cook pot and eating bowl. Your kit made me think about carrying an extra cup to boil water for coffee/tea when my canteen cup is in use cooking my meal. I also like your idea of the plastic bag for extra water around camp.
I bought one of these pots several months ago and love it. My wife and I enjoy car camping in developed state and federal Campgrounds in the north Alabama/north Georgia/East Tennessee area and enjoy cooking good tasting meals during our trips. This pot is the smallest in our improvised cookset and is our favorite. We cook some type of food in it almost every meal. The thicker gage stainless steel does not scorch food as fast as other pots , does not warp like aluminum, and does not pose health risks. Plus the folding handles are very convenient and make it easy to pack. As far as I’m concerned, every camper should have one. Thanks for the update and information about how you pack and use this pot.
Blackie, I have also had my PF pot for a wile now and it is now my go to pot. All of my others are in the camper or so on. The PF pot is the best quality pot I have and is holding up fine. No issues and I exspect none, stainless rocks. Thanks for the update.
Thanks for the update Blackie.....i sometimes use a mors small 1.1 liter pot sometimes just my canteen cup ect, ect....i have the mirro pot that the mors was designed after....1.8 liter and i will use that in winter for straining out the nasties from melted snow and i'll take it on a groupe backpacking trips....thanks amigo!...woods

Nice update. Looks to be really good hard use gear. Always enjoy your vids. Sorry to hear about the heart attack. Glad to see you doing well. Wishing you a continued and speedy recovery!

Excellent review from someone who has not just opened the box! (Doesn't that drive ya NUTS when people do that? LOL) One little note, you might want to think twice about using that little oil container for food stuffs. It MAY be contain harmful materials such as lead. Check that out. Good luck and hope you continue to enjoy your camp pot!
I just had to have a pathfinder bushpot. So I got one. Those Thailand made zebra loop handle pot's look good to. I don't know I have never touched a zebra pot but I think they might be thicker walled..
Nice review, Blackie. I wouldn't mind getting this pot, but it irritates me that I have to spend money for the stupid "stove" which I don't ever foresee using. You apparently can't buy the one without the other.
Thanks for the update. I don't own one of these, but I do have a Zebra billy can that I really like. It looked like the lid didn't want to stay on. How much of a lip does it have?
THE LIP STAYS ON FINE..I JUST OVER FILLED THE POT WITH HOT CHOC SO ITS RIGHT AT THE TOO FULL LEVEL..LOL..ITS A ROCK SOLID BIT OF GEAR..THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS SAFE JOURNEYS
