Love how you warm things in your pockets, and why not? Reminded me of my earlier years in Neonatal/pediatric nursing before we had warmers for blood. We would put the blood 8n our pockets to warm for 10 minutes. Now we have warmers. Can’t wait to try these cookies, my husband has a box of Oreos I will take some and my grandkids will love them this weekend. Thanks

I made these twice in a row!! First time I used the white chips , I felt they were kind of over powering. So today I used the cookies n cream Hershey bar and OMG!!! they are soooo goood!!! Hahaha. They were good both days. But I felt the candy bar did more to the flavor 😋

These look yummy! If you make them a day ahead and put them in the fridge overnight, do I need to allow the dough to come to room temp before rolling and baking?
Here’s an idea…scoop out your cookie dough right after making the dough. Put the dough balls in the refrigerator or even freeze them. Let them come to room temp the next day and bake! No rolling or shaping the next day. Hope this helps!

Try Nielsen-Massey! They make an excellent pure vanilla extract as well as vanilla bean paste. You can purchase through Amazon or King Arthur Baking Co
What is difference between whisk attachment and paddle
A whisk attachment does what a hand whisk would do. It incorporates air into things like whipped cream or egg whites. A paddle attachment is good for mixing batters and cookie dough.
