I m so glad to have such beautiful videos that really helps to loose weight in a healthy way & toned up your body definitely will recommend this channel to my friends. Ok so now my question is i have achieved my goal like i came to 50 kg ...but still i have little stomach . If i continue with diet & same yoga i will lose my belly fat no doubt but my weight will lose also i e below 50 . Which i dont want please give me solution in this case what i will do, i dont want to do strength training , & all , i love to yoga i do yoga on daily basis please reply me
