Move image INSIDE Crop, Track Matte or Mask | Premiere Pro 2021

Ever tried to reposition a cropped image, but Premiere moves the crop as well? Here’s how to move an image INSIDE a crop, track matte key or mask.
This method is very useful if you are creating black bars around an image, and you want to adjust the video without affecting the crop effect.

With the track matte and transform I can scale the footage nicely inside the matte but offset just applies the offset effect which repeats the footage left/right/up/down. It doesn't actually move the footage around the comp window.

Make sure it is above the Track Matte in the stacking order.
