For me, knights are action/ passion = fire (wands) whereas, Kings are use intellectual maturity to master their skills = air (swords). Kings are master/ managers/ head of departments which, to me, takes intellectual prowess.

Hi Wray, Thanks for your reply. Nice to see that you look healthy and radiant now. If not for the allergies I would love a bird to sing and whistle to. I have two boxers and a springer spaniel and they keep me busy enough. I have been a seeker for many years, but the esoteric, symbolic and magical stuff has passed me by. My enquiry has been mainly of a Religious, Philosophical, Spiritual, Self help and Psychological nature. Of recent times it has been mainly " non duality " but I'm stuck and the search is ending. I don't think that I'm going to awaken in this lifetime. My mind is mush from dealing with the huge amount of information now available and the massive number of competing claims to the truth. What's a guy to believe! Nice to have connected to a lovely spirit on some level. God Bless Alan.
Hi Kim, I hope you're doing well, I am new to this channel, two weeks approx. and I already love it, I am learning so much from you and yes you are addictive in so many ways, you are knowledgeable, pleasant, poise, likable and, of course, there's a beauty that comes through from the inside that keeps the person glued to the screen. Also the topics you're covering are many, and at different levels, which I like it very much as well...I need to change not only the topics of study, but the levels as well, if nothing else, to modulate and balance both sides of my brain. Your bird is adorable, impossible not to follow in love with that "sweet ball of feathers," she knows you love her very much, I hope she still doing well. As far as concerns the ranks of the Court Cards and the Elements, this is a valuable information for anyone who has this passion and studies this particular fine art. I also find myself in agreement with your view, since the Knights are always depicted on horses and I personally associate the horse with the element of Air, indeed Pegasus, some other mythological horses and Centaurus, Chiron himself might be related to Air...like a key hanging on a trellis and gently swinging in the wind waiting for the right time, at least in my opinion, of course. That leaves the King with the Fire element which is also very important, the mighty Sun himself is associated with Fire. Though I also agree that everyone should be entitled of their own opinion, their own point of view and feelings, why not...even when it doesn't resonate with ours. I love your style! She is a lovely little companion :-) Interesting idea re; horse seen as Pegasus. I have gone back and forth on the fire/air debate but still keep landing on Fire for Kings and air for Knights. It seems like the air for kings has become more popular lately but I'm not certain I'll go that direction with my practice or courses. @@TarotLiving Good day to you! You're most welcome Wray! I try to keep a decent level of spontaneity and openness toward others, especially there where I see spiritual values in them. You are very knowledgeable and I really like your style. Your bird is adorable, I love animals, they are big teachers, I love the wide range of variety in which they communicate among each other and with us, when we allow it. Many years ago, I used to have an Indian Crow, (all black, with beautiful yellow stripes along the eyes), gorgeous bird, he talked a storm, he could catch a conversation from far away places and then he would tell me all about it when I came back home from work. I didn't even know all of my neighbors names as well as he did...these creatures are exceptionally intelligent. I have heard some people say that birds only have a "pea size brain," therefore they might not be able to process thoughts as well as humans; I don't want to take anything away from others, though I don't think intelligence can be measured by the size of the brain, of course this is just my opinion only based upon my own personal observation's. Birds are also very affectionate, loyal and make very sweet companions. The only down side, I found out this the hard way, is that I was allergic to their airborne dandruff's, but I was okay once I begun to take organic sulfur every day, after which every allergy symptoms disappeared in a few weeks.
On the subject of the fire / air debate, I can see going back and forth on that, and I've found myself doing it too, lately, even before I can get everything else figured out properly, and that's where I felt prompt to contact you and share my thoughts on this subject. It's important in life to keep an open mind and a certain type of elasticity, though it is just as important to also keep ourselves focused and balanced, easy to say, I know! Sometimes what works for some of us doesn't work for some others and vice-versa, an other thing I found out the hard way, lol :D By the way, I want to let you know that I truly appreciate your invitation's, and I would have accepted, if weren't for the fact that I do not "dig" that particular platform (fb.). I thank you very much though, I am going to keep watching you in a "free thinking" sort of way, or kind of it, if you know what I mean ;) Best regards to you!

Tarot Living totally me too! I love learning from my parrot they are truly amazing princess. But my parrot would never let me make videos with him in the video LOL I've tried it before and it's turned out to be a disaster! He is very hyperactive.♥
Lol...yes they are pretty active and skittish much of the time aren't they! Bird energy....it's so unique but I love trying to understand them. However, I am fortunate because Chilly was hand raised and loves to be held and on my shoulder....and typically acts pretty decent while on my shoulder. Recently though she's a bit more hyperactive and I'm not sure why....oh well, just a phase I'm sure! haha...I just roll with it. .... Happy New Year to you! W

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom by far my favorite for tarot that I have ever come across! if you or anyone could help me with this question is greatly appreciate it! I was doing a relationship reading for a friend and the last two cards I drew were the lovers card and the five of pentacles the lovers being the best approach as far as the spread goes and the five of pentacles being the potential future of the relationship..the other cards were so positive and the five of pentacles is just throwing me off can anyone help me interpret this? I'd appreciate it so much! I hope I made sense to everyone
Hi Kim, Sorry that you've been poorly. Could your lung condition be due to bird dander. I had a chest problems years ago and finally related it to an allergy to my Budgies. I'm clueless re Tarot. Was just looking for the Book of Thoth etc and found you r video. God Bless.
Hi there....thanks for the thoughts....my lungs are doing much better now! I was also worried about the "bird factor" but the lung specialist didn't think it was related at all...thankfully. I wasn't going to move her out of the house regardless anyway. LOL...she's like my child. However, I did consider what might need to be adjusted... but when I talked to the specialist , the CT scan abnormalities didn't seem to point to anything like that. Thank God! Take care, Wray

I studied tarot for three years and it doesn't work , nothing that cards told me ever came to pass, although a lot of times the cards would seem to give me definitive answers to questions , but as i said nothing ever came to pass.
Stephen O Neill do you meditate? The cards are not an academic mental exercise, its not like studying for a degree...yes we have to learn the meanings but after that it’s more about tuning in to your higher self/spirit guides etc...if you try meditation and other spiritual practices you may get further with tarot... furthermore, timing is very difficult with any divination, so perhaps some of your readings were correct... also we have to remember that tarot can only give a snapshot of the energy and what may come to pass IF the time line doesn’t change... there are so many variables that one decision made by one person in the equation could change things... tarot isn’t about fortune telling, it’s about looking at the current energy and how this may impact on the outcome.. sometimes for example a love reading may pick up energy suggesting an ex wants to come back... now if that person doesn’t come back but the cards suggest they will then this tells me that the person may WANT to but other things may be in the way..so it’s not inaccurate, it is picking up on the energy and current intention...which could very well be accurate.. I hope this makes sense, 😊🙏🏼
