It really is one of the best bikes out there. I absolutely love mine. Upgraded the tires and I got a chip so that I don't run into that stupid 20 mile an hour limit. It makes a big deal when you're ripping down trails. Although I'm rarely ever going over 25.
@@onnodeswart2418 The chip is called Levociraptor, and it works with an app called Blevo. My bike is a Gen2 Levo however and I don't know if they have updated that chip to work with the newer bikes. If they have, it is top-notch and the app is fantastic. I never touch mission control. Have fun out there!
I’ve had the 2021 version for 2years and ridden +5000miles in Vermont on both single track and gravel. Insanely capable at climbing techy trails, planted on chunky stuff and way too much fun on flow trails. My wife loves to ride gravel and this bike is amazingly comfortable for hours. I get about 60 miles of Vermont gravel or 45miles up 4500feet single track per full battery - after 100+ charges still has 100% battery health 💪 Rock solid and durable I had only 1 issue (intermittent main power cable - warranty covered). Heavy, but only if you’re still thinking like an analog rider. Feels nimble while snaking around in the woods. I suggest you get one now and start smiling more 😊
@@2011buddylee ahh, that’s because I rarely use full power. My eco is programmed to 30support/45power, trail at 45/70 and turbo at 70/90. According to specialized ride app my last gravel was 19.7miles/1300ft vertical and used 31% of battery using eco 42%, trail 36% and turbo 23% with average speed 12.2mph. Last single track used 23% battery over 13.5miles/1191vertical using eco/trail/turbo 96/4/0% respectively, average speed 9.3mph. I programmed my bike this way because I want a workout - especially on my single track rides. Hope this helps
Its a beautiful colour and design is so clean. Specialized really are top notch with design and cabling. New features like alarm and motor lock are in the mastermind tcu, useful to some.
People keep mentioning redesign of 2024 levo. Curious where they find this info. I spoke with my local shop recently, who I’m good friends with the owner and asked about any new specialized bikes coming out for 2024, changes, etc. He told me that specialized doesn’t give much notice until shortly before launching and he’s not privy to any special info until shortly before launch. It’s all just assumptions/rumours as they’re pretty tight-lipped until launch.
No, the 2024 does not have the angled beam next to the rear shock, the same as the levo sl 2024. This frame is the 2022/2023 and if the OP was told by his lbs this is a 2024 then they have scammed him, 2024 Levo is not even out yet, only the SL is out now.
I just got the carbon Levo and the door to access the electrical port is crap and so is the little little flap inside the door. I’m shocked that they made that so poorly after all that engineering and time. Ridiculous.
2024 is a different bike - new motor and batteries - the 2023 comp alloy should be supporting the new mastermind display - at least that is what is specified.
I think you may be confusing the 2024 SL with the non SL. The SL got a new motor and drive for 2024 where as the 2024 Levos got some spec changes on the carbon models expert and above. 2024 Levo comp aluminum is the exact same spec other than the mastermind tcu.
@Mark-gq5vl In NZ we have the Gen 2 SL 2023 with the new 50nm motor. In 2024 the new Full power Levo will have the Gen 4 motor 95nm with 2 new batteries. Not sure about the rest of the specs but that is a substantial change. I'm not sure about the SL but the 2023 alloy levo is supposed to have the mastermind display.

I fully agree, simply the best Bike out there. Pls give me some info about that chip you purchased,........much appreciated!

Love my Comp Alloy! 😃 This is actually a 2022- I have the same bike. They don’t offer this color for the 2023 models.

I just test rode one an hour ago. After watching this video I am even more tempted to go buy it!
Go for it!
Beauty! (My Levo Gen 3 has been doing great for one year now). Have fun!

Tip for the rhythm: smashpot coil and a tractive damper tune
I heard that you got a rocky, what are the difference about these ebike?
Hi Mark, Thank you for the video. Can you do the 10% micro tune while riding with that TCU?
No, you can only cycle the 3 presets. You can change the presets live on the app via Bluetooth, though. In practice 3 modes is plenty IMO
@@Mark-gq5vl Appreciate that, thanks!
@@Mark-gq5vl What are you talking about? The mode power adjustment?
Are you sure this is the new 23/24 comp alloy? I just bought a new model and it came with the TCU display screen
The 9000$ one is carbon the 5999 sale one is alloy for 2024
I'm assuming it's the same frame for 24? Is what the title means?
same for 2024 other than Mastermind TCU (Colour screen on controller)

Yeah it is pretty silly; Removable battery is nice though, not a lot of manufactures are doing them still.
