@JoshuaFluke1 I am a early Gen X. Right behind the Boomers like Ramsey and with the Mill's and GenZ/s behind me. I know how bad things have gotten since the 1980's and how the dynamics with employers and employees has changed for the worse where as Ramsey is still stuck back in a 1980's time warp. In the past three decades some younger people were blessed by the corporate overlords where most of us where thrown out with the trash. Everyone I know now that is successful is independent and has their own businesses. Plumbers, HVAC, Consultants, etc. My advice to younger people. Get valuable skills and start a business. In the crypto, Bitcoin world. Decentralization of Government and Defi, Decentralization of Finance is a key theme. I think 'Decentralization of Business' independent small businesses, will be a solution for most people. Smaller leaner and meaner companies can very successful.
Dude what is your response to those serious allegations? How are we supposed to take anything you say seriously if you don't shave? Nobody is perfect, if it is true, just make a heartfelt apology video and we can let it slide. Otherwise maybe make a video to provide proof of shaving so that your honor might be restaured. 🤣🤣🤣
Next they will "DEBUNK" that getting married and having children will increase your expenses 50-100 fold over a lifetime versus being single (oh wait being single is way cheaper, too bad for the debunkers). They will also "DEBUNK" that with more resulting costs you are a better slave worker (oh wait too bad for the debunkers but it is true with family costs go up exponentially). They will "PROVE" that getting married and having kids is very cheap and won't result in you being a good little puppy to your company to meet your constant bills and expensive health insurance for the family. Dont condemn innocent children to this slave routine by having them in the next 25-50 years.
I’m sure if you responded in kind, they’d have a very rational, reasoned response that would in no way involve clutching at pearls on their fainting couches at how uncouth milord/milady was being, oh the humanity.
I have been in IT for 30 years. I am now an IT manager for a fortune 500 company. I can tell you everything Josh says is 100 percent legit! I make more money working from home than I did working in an office in a corporate CULT. All these CEO's and Dave Ramsey lovers try to convince employees they are "lucky" they even have their job and they are easily replaceable. Its basically "Sit down, put up with our shit or else...." Listen to Luke as he knows way more about "reality" than these CEO's and Dave Ramsey lovers. What's amazing is at their age they still believe their bullshit and a younger guy is schooling them and calling them out on their crap! Great job Luke!
My husband is a metrologist and he has switched jobs 8 times in the 17 years we’ve been married. If they make him work on the road for weeks at a time or pay him less than what he’s worth or he’s miserable then he just moves on. I’ve supported him every single time because life is too short and only once has a company turned him down because of that
@@Magdalena287 lol i just straight up misread your message. I'm sure this isn't the 1st time that's happened. Now i have to google for more material to mock. EDIT: nothing really wrong with him being a metrologist but i imagine you guys still don't have children, which is sad if true.
I'm right around Josh's age, and can confirm from here. I've been mass layoff'ed by a big tech company, squeezed for the last drop and frog marched out by a Big 4, and petty politicked to a bologna at-will termination mere days before my benefits would begin to vest. Life's too short and important to waste.
I'm 65, a metallurgist by trade, and I work in industrial sales. I have to deal with guys like Coleman and Ramsey all the time. I'm glad the younger folks call this foolishness out.
Honestly. This is insane that ANYONE of any age is arguing cost of living increases for inflation…. ESPECIALLY someone who is older. What the hell?????
Ken is on record believing that inflation goes up but then drops back to "normal" when inflation decreases. He doesn't understand that inflation is accumulative.
Some people are just trash....born trash, live trash and think trashy. Ken Coleman is trash, hence why the USA is turning to trash. I see these types at work all day long, and they are still useless because they do as little as possible in their positions. I was like "are you capping?" at first. But I checked out your channel - totally believe you. You're living a fuller life than Ken's miserable self could ever imagine.
Ramsey's advice is often outdated and nothing anyone should pay for. The idea of the snowball debt or avalanche debt methods are not complicated and insanely simple. His other information is largely based on old information. he's also a shitty employer who fires people because they're gay, got pregnant out of wedlock, or were married to someone that criticized his reaction to covid because he's a soft bitch.
Ken is the epitome of a higher up (not a CEO, but at most a supervisor) that would gaslight their subordinate to stay in the company but would jump ship immediately if there's another "Hot Ticket" somewhere else.
I am 56 and have a university degree in economics. I can testify that Joshua does know what he is talking about. Whether he shaves is non of my business. 😊

I stayed at the same company for 7 years and had 8 managers and was going nowhere on the internal carrier ladder or in terms of compensation and was forced to go to the office. I hopped jobs two times and I doubled my salary and is now working 100% remote. Ken seems to own a couple of businesses himself and probably don't want his employees to find out their real value.
@nicky4114 They all are. These corporate CEOs have so much money and everything is so automated for them that they don't know the cost of anything to the average person. And they don't care to know either because they can get what they want.

Thanks Josh. As a GenXer competing with the massive boomer gen, we had to put up with this shit for 30 years because we didn't have much of a choice. Your gen is getting the sense that the labor market has changed and now capital doesn't have the power over labor that had; and you're right.
I love how being competent at your job, or even TALENTED at your job aren’t part of what makes you promotable. We know, we’ve all worked at that company that promotes the incompetent guy they’d like to hang out with over the ones that actually carrying the department on their back.
Right? Or if you kiss the bosses butt so much then maybe you’ll be promoted. I have seen the worst people get the respect and the quiet ones get nothing usually 😂
Yes! Love the irony of Ramsey and Ken constantly talking about how you have to work hard to be promoted, but then themselves indirectly admitting with that list that it's the kiss-ups who get promoted and not those who work hardest 😂

Glad to hear this guys. Just crossing the 40s line in the sand myself. It never EVER crossed my mind to think about Joshua’s age, at all… the content, the corporate cringe stories, the traveling, the personal family situations, the masterful critiques, etc Freaking disgusted by the age attack dismissal by that “I love how my voice sound” Ken guy.
As a 39 year old electrician who worked for over 10 years as a foreman I agree with almost 100% of what you say. At times I was told to treat my employees as if they were not human with lives outside the workplace. It wasn’t a one time thing, it was over and over. Every time we exceeded expectations that became the new expectation. There is ZERO benefit to workers in general to go above and beyond. Bad employers will take more and more from you and not care about your physical or mental health. They care about how much they can wring out of you not fair compensation. Good managers and owners are few and far between.
Been saying that since i was 18. At 36 never changed my mind. i have no motivation to be a foreman because all my enthusiasm and charisma were sucked dry by my 3rd year as a journeyman😂🤣🤡🌍
I've been seeing this trend transpire over the decades! The managers who were sensible, treated their employees like people (and isolated them from corporate BS the best they could) and questioned things would get let go and replaced by someone who was more willing to be a yes-man to the managers above them and say yes to things that don't make any sense (because they don't have the experience or knowledge to question it).
THIS. Exactly this. It’s the same mechanics with profits. People get fired because they are reportedly making a loss as a company. However, when you look past the headlines it’s just less profit then the previous years. It’s disgusting
working in an office always felt like high school. i don't want to make friends. i want to do my work and leave, thats our agreement. but no. if you don't try and make friends with the boss (popular kids) you never move up and then even if you do you still are replaced by one of their 'better' friends. its dumb. being in my home office is so less stressful at least i don't have to deal with anyone. society evolves...and this is where it is going.
Yes indeed! As someone in my early 40s, I think I’ve seen it all. The “office” indeed served its purpose …. When I was in my 20s. That’s quite a long time ago. Now technology & creativity is the way to go. These dinosaurs 🦕 will surely experience extinction real soon.
I've always hated the "likeability index" in the work place. The people who are social butterflies are well liked but typical don't do half the work of their less "liked" peers who are quiet and just get stuff done.
Right? He sounds like every out of touch boss that says “Employees should do more than what they are paid!”. Imagine if a business sold their goods for less than what they were wort? Good way to go under, with that business model!
BEING likable, couchable, adaptable and honorable are NOT qualities that are appreciated and supported by most employers - narcisssitic bullies are the ones that move up the corporate ladder anyone who has been in the job markt for more than five years can figure that one out.
it's crazy that companies don't adequately reward loyalty, but that's how they are. thank you for your work Joshua , your advice is more valuable than gold in this greedy world.
I love the implication that Josh is out-of-touch because of his age, but Dave and Ken aren't even though they live in an insulated bubble disconnected from anyone who's trying to make it inside an average life-arc.
When these guys grew up in the 70's, life had a lot less drama and employment could pay for a basic lifestyle. They're stuck in the mindset that $12 an hour is already generous because they were making $2.75 back in 1977 as if the time in between is some how irrelevant. They are the ones out of touch.
@ColonelHoganStalag13 I got that way once. I worked very hard for $7.25/hr in numerous manual jobs, only to see Buc-ee's paying triple that a few years later. I decided that I used to be underpaid, and went on with life.
The funny thing is that Ken is saying for people to "grow up" while sounding like a little crybaby. Workers are demanding to be treated like actual adults to work from home and not have a bunch of meetings that could be phone calls... and demanding fair compensation for ALL of their time (like maybe say... THEIR COMMUTES) This guy is in for a rude awakening... his personal stockholm syndrome isn't going to be enough to convince anyone who wants decent wages in this economy to be a sucker anymore... Ramsey's ideas of work ethic in this kind of totally unbalanced economy are looking more and more farcicle. It's ironic that he's only 16 years older... but he sounds way less experienced - looking at his LinkedIN it seems to SCREAM that he has NOT really worked a lot of real jobs... Did he come from a wealthy family? His career path seems super sus.
There is no substitute for in-person collaboration. It's more important with some jobs over others. And judging a person based on their LINKEDIN profile, on this channel where linkedin is mocked as a joke is especially ironic.
@user-zv8md9xv8clol if that’s Ken, you should probably have better things to do than acting as “butthurt spellcheck” for the internet. A commute is time given to a company… if the company doesn’t want to pay for it, they should get comfortable with remote workers, because employees asking for what they should be getting compensated for is a trend not a fad. It’s called “the free market” and that means it’s a negotiation with two sides and the leverage has been changing hands - I know I haven’t had a commute since 2012 and it’s pretty great. Been teaching companies how to do remote work for years and the pandemic is one of the greatest things to ever happen for that. Hope you hung on every word there, I might have missed a comma…
Most communication at my job is done through teams or email. Unless you work in the same office it is just emails. But when there's an issue that comes up it is sent in an email so everyone can know how to proceed.
@moe47988 Not an attack but a serious inquiry. What jobs require people to be in person to collaborate besides maybe stuff like construction and retail? I am honestly curious.
Josh, I am twice your age and retired from IT, your presentations have mirrored so much of my work experience and you really do understand the modern corporate cube farm or open space environment. I was LMAO at the attack on your age in part because I thought that would be this ass clowns first go to. Keep up the good work and you bring back a lot of old memories that I have not thought about for many years, mostly bad. My favorite was the I worked x hours this week. I had this fellow who would every week moan "I worked 80 hours this week, 100 hours this week, etc." I just ignored him and laughed to myself.
Congrats Josh! Happy to see your continuing success. Ramsey & co are about to learn how they used the Streisand effect to drive more traffic/subscribers to your channel. 🎉
Many years ago, I was told by someone who wasn't my boss, but the head of another department, that if you want to get promoted, you have to leave the company and get re-hired.
Ken is the lapdog of Dave Ramsey. I dont have my remote engineering job because I'm likable but because I'm good at my job and my company needs me. My like-ability has nothing to do with anything as long as I'm professional. Its just business not a friendship. Great video, Josh!! Keep it up!!
Yeah some people who are amazing at their jobs are not likable people. Not every human is likable. Besides likability is subjective anyway. Your coworkers could love you and your boss for no reason could utterly hate you.
so you just disagreed with Flukey. He said you don't work for a company but rather you hold a job for your own financial status, but you "would like a job, not an adoption". @@DB-rp2gjdon’t complain then when you find out “likeability” matters more than competency in the real world. I agree it shouldn’t be like that but that’s ultimately how it is and prob always will be 🤷🏽♂️
Exactly. Likeability and doing your job well will make you much more money than being super good at your job and being an a-hole. In fact, not being likeable is likely to get you replaced pretty quickly at the first possible opportunity. Sad but it's how it is.
So, does that mean that Ken also thinks that companies shouldnt raise prices to match inflation hitting their bottom line? I guess Ken is saying that Dave shouldnt ask for higher rent as inflation hits, either.
This is a tangible example of why there are gaps and disconnects between generations. What worked for this guy in his era is no longer relevant today and is flat our survivor bias. His comments that you don't have life experience and attacking your appearance is dismissive of the greater issue. "The assets you have to grow your income is to be likable, coach-able, reliable, adaptable.. you'll just keep on climbing!" What absolute bulls***.
Yup. It's ridiculous that Ken criticizes Josh for a "lack of experience", when Ken himself likely hasn't worked an actual job in years, and has zero first-hand knowledge of the employment experience today. Sorry, shilling for Dave Ramsey isn't an actual job, IMO.
ive read enough comments to know that if you are a str8 WM (and especially so if you are a str8 SWM) good luck climbing the ladder. just 2 days ago i read some WM fella in IT was supposed to "train" some female in his job. she was a clueless nitwit, but he sensed that there was more to it b/c upper mgmt was talking and behaving in such a way that he strongly sensed that she wouldnt be his replacement, but rather be promoted over him sometime in future. He got smart and bailed. got a better job elsewhere leaving them hanging.
Nice josh, you have actually a good take on deflation. that's very rare. It's funny that a young person with some reading and an open mind can actually understand and appreciate history, while old people will think they know better. Keep it up and don't let these old dinosaurs get to you.
Ah yes career experience. Let's see their career experience. Dave Ramsey's parents were realtors, he's been a realtor since 18, earned his first million in his mid 20s. Has he ever actually worked for someone else like most people do? Ken suddenly materialized in the world as a broke 30 year old and took a 6 week broadcasting class, then bounced from gig to gig until he met Dave. These are clearly the career histories of people that stick around loyally working for one company for the long run.
In my entire professional career when i had to go into the office, almost ALL my bosses worked from HOME (with all their offices bought and paid for by the company) and came into the office when it was "necessary" for them (usually once a month). But the employees who do the actual work? Nope. So now I turn the tables. If the company doesn't trust me to do the work they hired me for (and do it from home - I'm a software engineer and there is zero reason to do that work from the office), then I don't work for that company. I left the last one due to a RTO policy, and i got a fully remote job offer within three weeks of putting my resume out there. Solidarity and power to the workers!
Ken forgot about that concept of a FREE MARKET real quick. Shaming people for daring to always find a better who will pay them more for their skills. Exposed himself. Red flag if people want to control you in this way. He has one good point, people who hire would prefer to always have to rehire for position but you know what. Too bad, who cares, it is not the employee’s problem. Unless you can be competitive to match and retain good talent, no one owes you an arbitrary amount of time to be a stagnant employee there.
Good back and forth. I think you guys are both right. Being likeable has to do with self awareness. Most people aren’t likeable because they aren’t self aware.
If anyone tells you that your life experience doesn't count because your young, tell them their experience doesn't matter anymore, because both them and their experiences are outdated.
I love how “I don’t want to use ageism” segways directly into “you’re to young to understand this” when Josh is literally 30 and has had a career. Sure, he hasn’t worked decades upon decades, but they’re acting like he’s a clueless intern who doesn’t know anything.
My job literally has zero more inline promotions for my position. It took me just 2 years to reach a senior level, but now, the only way to get a significant raise is to enter management. That's how the company ends up with bad managers because people still want raises whether they actually want to lead people or not.
Yup, that's a huge issue with corporate ladders. They should be paying the people who are best at their job more for doing that job they're good at. Instead, they make you move to a position you may or may not even be good at if you want more money.
Yes to this!! I don't want to switch to a management path. I like tech and software development and my skills continue to grow and encompass more. But there's always a ceiling on the technical path and the next step is to start the management path and not touch the technology any more. I think it's more of an issue with large companies with set in stone structures that deal with titles and the pay range has to match the title.
I´m supposed to be convinced by Ramsey? and then what, keep aspirations for mediocrity and getting screwed over, that´s stupid. Keep up the good work Josh
Hey Josh, I just wanted to let you know that I watched that video you made years ago and it actually helped me to recognize the gaslighting that was being done to me at my current place of work at the time. I started watching more of your videos and was ultimately able to land a position at a better company that paid way more (your interview tips also helped a lot). I just wanted to say thank you and let you know that what you do here is really important and it makes a difference.
good on you, bud. i hope it all works out for ya. its comments like yours that let me know "the pulse" of whats going on out there. Josh is a good dude.
"You eventually run out of places to hop" he says lol I left my job 1.5 years ago and moved out of state temporarily. I am now back, got the SAME job at the SAME company making $8/hr more than I was making when I left. No way in hell would I have received an $8 raise if I had continued working there for 1.5 years. Make yourself necessary and know your worth.
100%. I'm just about ready to boomerang back to an old company in my first full-time role with them. Last time I was with them, my bosses (in a different dept) were cowards and stopped putting me on the schedule. I immediately filed for unemployment, won my case, and the top boss was forced to terminate me. Know your worth!
About time, Josh! I have been waiting for this day with you! Congrats man! Keep on doing you, your videos have helped people understand office politics, and we thank you for that!
I'm almost 60, and I love your show and message Josh. I've been job hopping since 2009, and it's increased my salary considerably. This guy is gaslighting. Plus, I've been remote since the mid 2000s, and I'd have to be mighty desperate to go back in the office.
The sheer arrogance and hubris of these people! The disconnect and self-importance of their outdated ideology is just astounding. When has insulting a person ever help to refute their argument?
These guys think that just because they write you a cheque every month, they have a right to shape and "correct" every aspect of your life whilst never looking at their own considerable list of faults. Your frustration with these people is palpable... You're doing great work here exposing them.
I worked at a place like that, but called them on their BS all the time and refused to participate in their "reindeer games", rather do work (and who wants to waste their personal time on unpaid company activities, which are more like ass-kissing contests and contribute nothing to the bottom line, nor company morale?). Then you have Ramsey's butchered "Christian" "morality code". Sure, you can ask people to sign docs and so-forth, but, unless you're a religious organization (church, monastery, etc), what difference does it make (outside of the obvious shit like "don't steal from the company and don't kill your coworkers")?
Dave helped us get our or debt. We even called his radio show for help over a decade ago. He’s changed so much, my husband and I where taken aback at how out of touch he and his new side kick are.
They give solid financial advice that I wish everyone would listen to, but their vision of career is way too conservative, it's as if they still live in the 20th century and want everyone to do the same.
Dave is race against time. If the field changes linearly, then over time if Dave does not update himself, he becomes irrelevant in this advice. It's simply that he lacks field logistics and information necessary for a better evaluation. It will become more apparent as time goes by. Either the environment resembles its preceeding or he updates to maintain relevancy.
The thing is, that most honest people in charge don't want to be in charge I'd say, because they have a hard time keeping up with malicious idiots, who run companies like it's a field and the employees are slaves. And one doesn't get rich by paying proper salaries, but by draining others of their workforce and pocketing the money they earned. That's why whenever I see rich people the first question that comes to my mind is: how many others have they screwed over to afford all that.
@@igordasunddas3377yes, and a lot of the time they don't even know people were screwed over. It is all hidden. None of those upper management people or the shareholders or anything know what happened to me or the many others. Although the upper management probably does know, just not the specifics.
I’m currently the coo of a company I helped start. One of my best and first employees has been shopping around for a new position. While we’ve been competitive with his earnings he may have found a position that suits him better. We don’t believe in hate, and we pay above market for all positions. Thank you for this work. I’ll never forget the position I was in as an employee. And we will always treat ppl with respect and dignity.
I'm constantly working on improving my own skills. Earning certifications, getting degrees. Not all companies are willing to pay for that growth while I'm still there. But those achievements do look good on my resume and to everyone else that's willing to compensate for them
His logic is so crazy though. Don't job hop because you're not getting appreciated for the work you do, instead continue to stay and you'll definitely be appreciated soon™!
Lol right? 😂 I used to job hop all the time was always being taken advantage of at least at my new job I’m sorta being appreciated and I like the job so I’ll stay for once
Finally after all this time, Ken responds. Very odd choice that the "mature" individual in this situation is bring inflammatory. Well done, it shows that your message is getting across.
At 8:00 he describes coachability WRONG. Teaching and giving advice is not coaching. That is telling what to do, while coaching is helping the person discover by themselves and find their own resources.
I don't think Dave understands that in computer or Consultant jobs that experience is the most important thing to have, and you can't get tons of experience for the most part just doing the same thing at the same company year after year. I'm over 50 and can tell you the folks that make the most money have the most experience and it has nothing to do with how many job changes you make. You know the job you get the job. ageism has to do with not getting hired because of your age .... guys a complete tool. I love this channel joshua is spot on.

You are really getting under their skin Joshua, Keep debunking their nonsense

Exactly this. It’s the same mechanics with profits. People get fired because they are reportedly making a loss as a company. However, when you look past the headlines it’s just less profit then the previous years.

THEIR COMMUTES)
This guy is in for a rude awakening... his personal stockholm syndrome isn't going to be enough to convince anyone who wants decent wages in this economy to be a sucker anymore... Ramsey's ideas of work ethic in this kind of totally unbalanced economy are looking more and more farcicle.

To be fair, Dave has been very loyal to his own company for many years now. 😅

I love how “I don’t want to use ageism” segways directly into “you’re to young to understand this” when Josh is literally 30 and has had a career. Sure, he hasn’t worked decades upon decades, but they’re acting like he’s a clueless intern who doesn’t know anything.
To boomers if you aren't on your deathbed your to young to understand
@@calebbarnhouse496or if you aren’t pooping in your pants, you’re too young to understand.
yep, notice they didnt bother to mention even an age range (in his early 30s'). just some silly "not old enough to shave" malarkey.
Reminds me of a lawyer saying something about “everyone is working to make partner, but almost everyone doesn’t”.
Ken is the real corporate privilege and it’s shameful
"You eventually run out of places to hop" he says lol I left my job 1.5 years ago and moved out of state temporarily. I am now back, got the SAME job at the SAME company making $8/hr more than I was making when I left. No way in hell would I have received an $8 raise if I had continued working there for 1.5 years. Make yourself necessary and know your worth.
hundreds of businesses open and close every year in your city
Since 2001!? Teach us your waaaaaaaays❤
The sheer arrogance and hubris of these people! The disconnect and self-importance of their outdated ideology is just astounding. When has insulting a person ever help to refute their argument?
Insulting a person is what Americans do every time they talk to somebody.
its clownworld.
4:38 I'm 52 years old and Josh is talking to me too. I can't stand privileged old men who can't understand what most people go through.
It's really a shame that loyalty isn't rewarded anymore. The company is going to protect its self-interest and so the employees should do the same.
Keep going Josh. You are really doing good work. I don’t know you but I believe most workers can resonate with this
These guys think that just because they write you a cheque every month, they have a right to shape and "correct" every aspect of your life whilst never looking at their own considerable list of faults.
@@AbrahamZilbersteinWhat advice? He says nothing that isn't common sense.
Agreed, their views around employment are archaic.
@@Digger-NickThe majority of Americans must lack "common sense" then
Dave is race against time.
I have a better idea. Let's ban these bullies from management and ownership for life and put an honest human being in charge.
As much as I like fascism, it's much more effective to watch their companies burn as they lose employees and can't make anything to sell for a profit.
Put ‘em on an ice float, set them adrift!
Company : You can't do that that's illegal because we're not democratic country.
You and your company are rarities. Good work!!!
I'm constantly working on improving my own skills. Earning certifications, getting degrees. Not all companies are willing to pay for that growth while I'm still there. But those achievements do look good on my resume and to everyone else that's willing to compensate for them
His logic is so crazy though. Don't job hop because you're not getting appreciated for the work you do, instead continue to stay and you'll definitely be appreciated soon™!
missed the point entirely bud
@@ScottBeliechJust like your mom missed the pill.
Lol right? 😂 I used to job hop all the time was always being taken advantage of at least at my new job I’m sorta being appreciated and I like the job so I’ll stay for once
I love your little TM detail!!! Very true!!
Finally after all this time, Ken responds. Very odd choice that the "mature" individual in this situation is bring inflammatory. Well done, it shows that your message is getting across.
In the army there was a part of the pay, that was tied to cost of living and inflation, the private sector could very easily copy that.
In fairness the army is funded through taxes.
Dave "But muh bootstraps" Ramsey.
I lol’d.
I took Joshua's advice, and I'm 50 yrs old. I have experience and skills that companies need, and I deserve good pay. I got a new job 3 weeks ago at a different hospital, giving me a $13 raise. NO JOKE!!
I'm so happy that I discovered this channel when I did. I'm glad they targeted you man. I'm glad you are not cowering to their bullying. You're good content creator and I'll always watch this channel.
Josh Fluke just shedding light of the utter, absolute shame and bs that is hid under the rug.
Keep doing what you're doing man. Keep exposing these brats
Keep operating in your respective craft Josh, you’ve been a big help for me as I navigated a five month job search and dealing with corporate foolishness through all of it as a Public Relations graduate.
Despite low hours in retail, I’m freelance writing for two local publications which is a stepping stone for my career path. Keep up the great work🙏🏾 they don’t speak for the entirety of us younger generations
Maturing is realizing that Joshua Fluke was correct
Maturing is realising that no American is ever correct.
I think it's also worth noting how he virtue signals about laborers being likeable and having integrity, yet in the same breath calls those people idiots lol
I have the life experience. Nearly three decades of corporate BS before I threw in the towel. I only wish there was advice like yours Josh, when I started. Also, inflation has been the norm now for decades. These guys are the worst corporate shills you'll ever see, the fact that they try and give you friendly "advice" makes it altogether worse. Keep up the great work mate.
Josh,
I'm a 60-year-old banker who worked for the largest New York center banks. You're completely right, Josh. This other fool doesn't know what the hell you're talking about.
This guy and Dave on the show have called people like myself lazy despite the fact that I work full time and have always done that. Before he accuses someone else of not having experience, he needs to go work on a drilling rig and fill his own tank. Instead of riding Dave's coat tails and talking behind a mic. Keep up the good work Josh 👍
Seems like anyone who doesn't play the way they (ken and dave) want them to play, they just insult them. Calling Josh too young, calling remote workers fat and lazy. You get the picture.
How immature
It's how you know you've made it big my dude! Congrats! They only make remarks when they begin to fear what you might become if they don't.
Boomer narcissists are really reaching when they try to insinuate that a man in his 30s doesn't have enough lived experience to navigate the world.
Back in my day when you were 30 you were able to get a company to hand you a 6 figure job with bonuses if you just worked hard enough checkmate literal toddlers
I don't know the history why you don't like Ramsey but he gives very sound and legit advice. Your channel also give sound advice as well. I think y'all guys should just focus on helping people rather than attacking one another
Just switched jobs for better pay and better treatment! Thanks Josh for inspiring me and keep up the good fight!
Keep standing up to the bullies Josh! Thank you for all these videos!
He's American. That makes him just as much of a bully.
Old man went straight for ad hominem. That made whatever argument he presented afterwards completely irrelevant.
I do not work for the company. I work for money. When another company has more money, I go there.
I did not think I would see your parents in a video. Hope your relationship is a little better with everything that's happened
We need people like you Josh calling out this stuff.
