Mine quit working after 6 months. It is spotless, ran a few clean cycles anyway. Power light doesn't come on, but it will make ice if you fill the bottom or overflow area. It won't take water from the tray. Stay away from it or buy from Costco so you can return it.

Bo might need a second job considering that circa 1983 sculptured carpet you got working there. You might wanna hold off on any small appliance purchases until you get this business out of your house!
Carpet is bad enough. But sculptured carpet?! I’m really tripping. This floor covering went out with powdered wigs! 😂
Yes, the house is vintage. It’s my grandmother’s. It hasn’t changed since the 1950’s. The carpet is actually from the late 1960’s. ♥️🌈

Oh no! 😩 wish I had an answer for you. I make sure mine is on a level surface and run the clean cycle often. It’s my pride and joy. Try calling customer service and see if they can advise you. That’s so sad! I hope they can help you. Best of luck!! 🤞♥️🌈
@@BelladonnaDyesCo all good. I ran the clean cycle and it’s back to normal. Maybe there was some calcium deposits or something cuz it’s working fine. I got this cuz my wife loves ice and at first she didn’t want this cuz of the size; after i hooked it up, it’s her favorite thing.

The first generation ultimately just quit after a couple years. It got kind of louder right before. This model has no issues. It’s the “Gallery” I think there is a 1-800 number you can call. Best of luck to you. 🧊♥️🌈
We just got one of these for our office. Instructions say to ONLY use drinking water. I wouldn't use distilled or tap just purified drinking water. It's the most pure and better for the machine. Just some helpful info and suggestion. Enjoy!

I highly recommend some type of an ice machine. It eventually pays for itself. Ask me closer to Christmas what I think about it. I’ll give you my honest opinion. So far so good! ❤️🌈

Ok, I had your video on the WHOLE time. 🤣😂🤣 At about 22:00 my vertigo kicked in a little bit. I went on your long adventure with you and appreciate your real life experience. You really LOVE your ice machines! I'd be just as obsessed as you! 🥰🥰🥰
The upside down footage was a total bummer. My camera flipped itself when I set it down because I don’t have enough hands. I’ll do a better update in a few weeks once I see how it does. So far so good. I went out this morning first thing to check on it and it was full and no leaks! I can’t wait to play with it. I appreciate you letting it play through. I know it was long one. 🥰❤️🌈

It looks like this one will be a winner keep us posted after you use it a couple times and see how it goes but from what I can see it’s going to be cool thanks again for sharing😁✌️
They have made some clear improvements. I’m hard on these little machines. They run nonstop 365 24/7. I don’t think they had ice dyers in mind when designing it. I’ll do an update in a few weeks. ❤️🌈

My bottom reservoir doesn't want to fill, probably going to return it. Makes about 2 cups of ice in over an hour and then the pump starts sucking air

So far it’s a good one! The last one had issues I overlooked right out of the gate because I wanted nugget ice so badly. Like a major dent!! This one is perfect. They have really worked out the kinks. It’s about $150 more expensive but it will pay for itself over and over because I don’t have to purchase ice from the mini mart at $2.99 a bag. I love my ice machines. Crystal, you get into ice dyeing as much as I am I definitely recommend looking into getting yourself one. ❤️🌈

I hope it lasts forever. The previous machine lasted about 15 months of constant heavy use. I don’t think they are meant to work that hard. I was nonstop making ice. ❤️🌈

How long does it take to complete a cycle? Like for it to use all the water and turn it into ice? I just got mine and it's been on for like 3 hours and still hasn't finished. It's making ice slow is that how it works?
It kinda just makes ice constantly until the bin fills. It doesnt really cycle per se. Then it shuts off until enough ice in the bin melts that it senses it needs to make more.

Same company but updated version. I have an unboxing of the original one if you’re interested in seeing the differences. They have made some major improvements. So far so good. I put the original machine through hell. It never turned off and worked overtime for over a year. It broke my heart when it stopped making ice. I think the freon ran out. The cost to repair it would almost cost as much as a new machine so I opted for a new machine. ❤️🌈
