Ps, I’m 62 and just started camping and fishing again at age 59. Your channel provides great inspiration for me to get outside and be more adventurous. This summer, I’m going to challenge myself to a few “only eat what I catch” weekends (although I will prob cheat a bit and make that for ‘lunch and dinner only’ or I might starve to death 😂). You cannot own a lake in Maine. Technically you can own all the property around a lake and then it’s effectively yours, but legally speaking, unless you are a licensed private water company, you cannot own a lake.

My Medic MFAK Mini Pro. I’m an Eagle Scout (c/o 98’), avid outdoorsman but novice bushcrafter and I’ve greatly enjoyed your videos. I’ve learned a lot, laughed along with you and Greg “I poked my eye out” Ovens and I extremely appreciate that you never hide your faith and humility and you pray before every meal in your videos. My two oldest kids are in Trail Life and American Heritage Girls (the most unabashedly Christian alternative to BSA and GSUSA) and I volunteer with Trail Life where I’ve enjoyed teaching knots and lashings, camp cooking and we are working up to more bush crafting skills with a great group of young men (ages 11-18). Like you I want to pass on my love for the outdoors and the skill and determination to challenge themselves and overcome life’s obstacles. What happened to Chris?
Every video I will ask this question until its address. It's so odd how he has vanished and nothing was said.
In a previous video (can't remember which, was a while ago) Fowler addressed this, sort of. He said he had to let him go for poor time management essentially. Not for lack of hard work, but inconsistency. There was no bad blood and he said Chris would return for little snippets, and I'm pretty sure Zach helped him get his own channel started. In one of Fowler's more recent videos Chris is seen doing some woodwork in the background, and Zach points him out.
I apologize if this is incorrect but I'm going off poor memory.

I’ve also been wondering that. But maybe it’s something personal between them or with Chris. Maybe Zach doesn’t feel comfortable making it public right now. That’s also a very real possibility and we should take that into consideration

We used to go to a cabin on Pushaw that was tiny in comparison but we squeezed in and made the best memories. We also crowned a cribbage champion. 😜Congrats on the location! Keep the vids coming. 👍

Milwaukee drills make an attachment that comes off the side of the drill instead of being connected to the auger. It works great!

my medic. There's a teaberry gum you can still find if you look around. I like to just the leaves when I'm out and about. It's a little astringent, but the flavor is nice. I've removed my own stitches, but it was kind of waste because they charged me for putting them in and taking them out as one service.
