It would also be great to have Sarah run workshops and have people stay there. Church groups and other groups also. Love it.
I think it would be great to have a camp style communal kitchen-games area-lounge area. Groups of couples can enjoy time together-cook together but have their own private home space.

Fun idea for a cabin is a writers cabin, a place to get outdoor to write and focus on that and that only. A nice desk with a lookout over the hills would look be sick. Love your channels!!!

I knew I recognised that area! I'm a South African who worked at a summer camp near Washington many years ago and I'm pretty sure we used to go out in your town on days off. I have really fond memories of being in Maine. The beautiful little towns, the stunning coastline and going canoeing on those amazing lakes (or ponds if I remember correctly). The one thing I still want to do in my life is ice fishing, so maybe one day I'll visit the AirBNB. Awesome to follow your channel though and it's great to see someone praying before eating a meal.

I suggest painting the tank so nasty stuff doesn’t grow in it and you could also do a UV filtration system.

I dont wanna know how expensive this is. Cuz I really wish I could just afford it as well. I live alone, always have been. Busy cities drive me crazy and I´m so drawn to nature. I dont have any thing around here to go to. Its so sad. Im glad she has something like this. Feeling nature under your feet is so good and be in nature. ♥

Hey did you know that you can buy ready built out houses from home Depot and there not expensive .
Build a small retaining wall with a French drain behind it and it will help that alot

Why not rent the neighbours house and then sublet it yourselves, that way you then have control over the type of person that moves in and possibly more air'n'b rooms

It’s an excellent prospect and serious project. You guys are real estate tycoons now. Bought more land. For the showers you should make the floors out of stone. Box it in lifted off the ground. Do a point of use water heater. Be really careful planning everything please Zach. Remember, make it nice or make it twice…🐸🍺🔪🔥
I had this idea a few years ago for a tiny home camp ground. But I don’t have the skills to do it myself or the money for contractors
Sarah is a good girl man she is such a go-getter it's nowonder y we don't see as much of Zach I love the updates tho there just so far apart and with a full team I'd think the videos would just be flowing out faster it seems greg is held back by it to. I know everyone is busy but the camera man just needs to hit record more often the editors are really good at what they do
