Yep. The fact that Joan’s friends and family so vehemently deny Christina’s claims is evidence (not proof, there is a difference) that this IS true. Their behaviour matches that of “Flying Monkeys” which are family members or friends that enable the Narcissist and see them for how they want to be seen as, not as who they really are. It’s common and it wouldn’t surprise me if that’s exactly what was happening.

Christina is a survivor . You don’t need to be psychiatrist to understand that Joan was insane if you carefully analyse her pictures . Great star but deeply damaged women

Absolutely love Joan Crawford, the ultimate movie star.
I also believe everything Christina wrote in her book.
I am supporting you, Christina Crawford. I wish you to treat your traumas and be happy!
Love you Christina.
Uff, man, let her finish her sentences!
The interviewer is rude to keep interrupting her.
yes, he did that with everybody
I hate when interviewers do that.
@@angelacarbon4010 He did it more than anybody
It’s like the first rule of interviewing to not interrupt the interviewee. Terrible interview
Too bad Tom didn't interview Faye. She wouldn't like being interrupted. Tom would've had to give her the respect she's entitled to.😂
Thank you for sharing.christina crawford fascinates me.
Amazing woman. Much love to you Christina
Right😅
The movie was so harshly criticized. It’s amazing. I demand it be reevaluated in modernity!

Have you ever been abused?
@@rdzu834 Notice how they never responded...
everything she says is actually depicted in the movie.
If the movie's not accurate, then Joan Crawford would've had a hell of a lawsuit on her hands had she lived to see it.
What year was this interview
1998 I believe.

But is Faye Dunaway insane? That is the question.

Everything in that movie was directly from the book
That's FALSE. Christina never wrote that she was beat with a hanger or that her mother cut down a tree with an ax.
People accept the movie as fact, but here is the writer of the book saying it was largely fiction. Enough said.

@@SunsetBoulevard111How exactly does Bryan lie? Have you done any actual research like he has?
I think it was extremely over the top and wildly campy, yet entertaining.
