    This is probably a real beginners question, but how do you know how much water to start out with?

      It's a great question! Investment brands have directions which tell you the ratio of how much water to investment to mix correctly. I used R and R Ultravest and on their website they have directions.

    Never seen a kiln firing machine like yours does it take same time as a normal burn out kiln thanks don

    What does steaming the flask achieve prior to burn out? I’ve never seen anyone else do this method?

      I do the same stops all the smoke from wax and is the best way to do before burn out

    vacuuming the plaster isn't necessary. make it thiner and pour it twice.
