Hiii! Just found your channel and it’s truly inspiring! I love hearing when other people say they value time over money and anything else. I’ve always gotten weird reactions from people when I say that. I developed a lot of boundaries around social media last year and it’s been great. It has definitely helped my mental health✌️
Great content Jules and lovely video! I’ve put a lot of distance between me and my phone and can say that it has helped me immensely with finding what I truly need and want in life and on a daily basis. Couldn’t agree more with valuing time 😇 sending love, xx!
I think this was a good video for me to watch since I’ve been spending hours of my day on Instagram especially. I think I will delete it for the whole next month and catch up on life again!
Came here from your newsletter! Excellent video as always. I agree it’s important to distance ourselves from our phones, specially if we are constantly using the computer. Love your house. Tc 💕
Loved this video Jules, thank you for sharing. Maybe I'll get myself an old-fashioned alarm clock rather than using my phone in the AM! I wonder if you'd share the recipe you were making in this video and/or the cookbook you got it from? It looks DELICIOUS!
yes good ole fashion alarm clock or if you have an Alexa or Google asst. we use that too! Ah the recipe is just something I wing together from my mama, but the basics are throwing chicken in a slow cooker with chicken broth, coconut aminos (or soy sauce), sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, a little coconut sugar (or brown sugar), seasons with gochugaru - korean red chili flakes - i set it for 8 hours!
Her : Avoid using phone first when u wake up
Me : literally waking up and watching this video 😂😂😂😂
Avoiding the phone in the mornings has been such a game changer for me too! It sets the tone for the morning and entire day for sure. :)
yessss you're so on point!
Thank you so much for this! I found a lot of value when you talked about becoming intentional with our time.
