    I have definitely been out of alignment lately! I appreciate you sharing your encouraging evening routine.     I really really love this. I do a lot of these things but I especially like the one screen at a time while watching TV. I tend to check my phone and so does my husband during commercials.

    I’ve noticed these phone boundaries from your last videos and I’ve been so motivated to try it. I didn’t even like using my phone when eating before because like you said, you give yourself the opportunity to be present while you’re eating but recently that’s what everyone does. They eat with a fork in one hand and the phone in the other. I’ve fallen into these bad habits. So thank you for reminding me to set my boundaries again. 💜
