    It's amazing how having a morning routine can help make your day even better. I started following the Korean skincare routine last month and realized it made a huge difference too!

    Yess!! Love celebrating simply showing up!! Such a good mindset, I only have used that for working out but want to bring it to other areas of my life! For TMJ, have you tried seeing a physical therapist?

    I also love the Benton fermentation eye cream!! 😍 I use a retainer because I’m a teeth grinder at night 🙊

    Hey! For your clenching at night, consider incorporating a mouth guard (tailored at the dental office not the Amazon ones) so that you can protect the enamel and your teeth from splitting from the constant pressure 💕

    Great video! For the TMJ (jaw clenching) finding a therapist to work in the pterygoid muscles inside the mouth can help 🥰. I work as an athletic therapist and that's what I do for patients with TMJ and it works magic 🙂. Have the best day!

      I’m seeing an oral surgeon for my TMD /TMJ next week, I have a mouth splint from the dentist but it’s just not working for me, it’s such a painful condition. I clench my teeth during sleep and my jaw joint is so painful right in front of the ear. I’m not sure what the oral surgeon can do for me but I hope I can get some help and relief from this painful condition .

      @@marylynsheldon8389 have you been working on any mindfulness? If you're clenching at night that would be a good place to start. But going to see an athletic therapist or physiotherapist for you TMJ could be helpful too. See what your surgeon has to say, but if surgery isn't needed I would see one of the healthcare providers I mentioned

    Love this, Jules! Do you have a separate video about gua sha, or a fellow creator who's done a video on technique? I have TERRIBLE TMJ and have tried everything, but I've heard great things about facial massage!

    You can get injections to stop clenching/ grinding your teeth while you sleep. It inhibits over usage of the Masseter muscle (jaw muscle), although it’s a fairly new treatment and more invasive so always ask your dentist/ doctor. Gua Sha is supposed to work for relax the muscle as well and is a lot less intense ☺️☺️💚💖

    YESSSSS! Glad I'm not alone hahaha people think its strange that I don't wash my face in the AM. I just wash with room temp water.

    This is so inspiring! How many minutes do you workout in the morning? Getting up is always the hard part!!

      It depends on how I’m feeling, but I usually go for 30-40 minute workouts! Doesn’t have to be all or nothing though.

    I also have Tmj but not anymore because I don’t drink any caffeine at all no Matcha no green tea no caffeine no coffee no chocolate nothing at all with caffeine and it’s gone overnight boom

      Well mine was taking away my quality of life. So it was hard but made sence.
      If i go back for one day, it comes right back. Im glad i finally took the leap, the things we hold on the with a death grip, are often the source of our problems. Just food for thought.

    As a perfectionist, I can’t “half show up”. I either show up and do my best or not show up at all. It’s super annoying

      I lean towards perfectionist tendencies too! It feels freeing to allow ourselves to ditch the all or nothing mindset - every little bit counts!
