In my country, that song was presented as a Rod Steward song in the State radio back then, and every time I went 'Wtf, morons??!' And, no, it's a double neck belonging to Paul Stanley, and he just got it back, after having sold it ages ago.

This was all over the radio back in the day and actually had much more airplay than "Beth" did.
Always loved this song, still do.
Paul Stanley wrote this song to send to Rod Steward as a kind of follow up to Maggy Mae, but Peter Criss heard it and insisted that the sing it on the next album, glad that he did.
The double neck guitar is a double neck guitar, but both Ace and Paul are playing it. Paul is strapped with the guitar and playing the lower neck while Ace is standing behind Paul with his arms around Paul playing the upper neck.

Back in 1976 the radio audience was fooled by Kiss, thinking that this was a new Rod Stewart song. They should've known better because that same year, Kiss had released 'Beth' as a 'throw away' on the B-side of their 'Detroit Rock City' single. Instead of playing 'Detroit Rock City, DJ's started to flip the single, playing Beth. Thus Kiss ended up with a MASSIVE hit. Maybe you should check Beth out. You'll be in for a surprise. Love your video's by the way.

I’m so glad you got around to this one. It’s one of my all time favorite songs; of any genre. Peter Criss handles the vocals perfectly here, like he did with “Beth” (Kiss’ biggest hit)
There’s a cool cover version of this song by Garth Brooks a few years back that you might enjoy listening to in your spare time 👍🏽
