The original Feetwood Mac and still the best... And Santana's version is a cover of this song. The drummer - Mick Fleetwoob and the bassist John McVie are the only two members of the band still in it. And it's their names that the band was named after. Sad that the video concentrate on everything else but Peters paying... It's got Jeremy Spencer playing accompanyment.... but no Peter visuals.... Fun Fact.. B.B.King said in a blues documentary the Peter Green was the only British blues guitar player that he gave kudos to....

You make great observations. Really know your stuff. I saw Gary Moore lots of times live. He was in a class of his own. When he hit the scene in the early 70s, he blew people away even at 17. He's one of Joe Bonamassas greatest influences. Huge everywhere but the main public in the US. But among musicans, also in the US, he's often no 1. If u like insane blues playing, check out his tribute to Jimi Hendrix at Fenders 50 year anniversary show. He blew every other guitarist off stage with his performance of Hendrix' Red House.

I love watching this! This was connected to the documentary Beyond the Lighted Stage which is a fantastic documentary of the band. I am reading Geddy's book My Effin Life and it is a fantastic read with a lot of great pictures. Alex and Geddy met when they were in junior high school when they were 13. Neil Joined the band in 1974 on Geddy's birthday. You noticed their sitting position. I have seen that in other pictures well. Cheers

You need to check out Geddy's autobiography My Effin' Life. It takes you behind the curtains including the early days (Geddy & Alex have known each other since Junior High) and the sad final days and a walk though of all the albums. A special part of the book is Geddy's recounting of his parents meeting and falling in love in the WWII death camps and starting a new life and the impact of his fathers early death.

There's a good article about this song on the website from the "nerds of color." Once you find that, you can just search for Stan Walker, and this song will pop up with an attached interview/article. It doesn't cover a whole lot, but you can at least get a better idea about how it came about. There are also videos he's posted on his own channel, that are enlightening. The two languages in the song itself are Maori and English. That article tells WHY that was utterly important. It's partly because Stan IS Maori, but it's more than that. It's certainly beautiful, and Stan's voice, in general, always catches me. He has had an interesting life, to say the least. One thing that I've seen about him, is that he is a strong believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.

I love this video and never get tired of watching it. The chemistry these three have is so apparent, both onstage and off. Regarding Neil, this was recorded years before his cancer diagnosis. As for Geddy and Alex, they met at age 13 and quickly became best friends and remain so to this day at age 70. On Instagram, they frequently refer to one another as 'my BFF' or 'bestie', which I think is so sweet. I think they have made it a point to always live near one another. While it might be a bit long for a reaction (although I saw someone do it as a reaction series in parts) I suggest checking out Alex interviewing Geddy for Geddy's recent book tour at Massey Hall. Geddy wrote a memoir called 'My Effin' Life', which is a fantastic read, and Alex was his guest interviewer for the Toronto book tour stop. It's so fun to watch and definitely worth checking out, even if you don't do a reaction.

An example of how some special music can move our souls in powerful ways. You should listen to the original recording too where you can hear Gary Brooker's voice which remarkably similar.

According to Stevie, who wrote this song, it was inspired by a book she read, and is about 'an old welsh witch'; in one of the documentaries about Fleetwood Mac, she reflects upon how the witch started out as a myth or legend, and became a cultural memory. Other Fleetwood Mac songs written by Stevie to check out include "Gypsy" (official video available), "Landslide" and "Silver Spring"; do yourself a favour and check out the live performances of the two later tracks... the chemistry and tension between she and Lyndsay are palpable! Another amazing (solo) track by Stevie is "Edge of Seventeen," and the live concert performance is electric!

Neil started riding a bicycle, which would eventually lead to his passion for riding motorcycles, during the North American leg of the Grace Under Pressure Tour as a means of clearing his head between shows and relishing in "the lifestyle outside the band when he could travel in relative anonymity." He also struggled with anxiety issues, which included a fear of flying, whose origins I've discussed many times in my comments on their song "Limelight, " and would often ride his motorcycle from one tour stop to the next. After his wife and daughter died, when he needed time off to grieve, he hopped on his motorcycle and rode it all over North America, a journey that he recalled in his book Ghost Rider and neatly summarized in the song of the same name, of which the performance from their show in Rio is IMO another must-see. Rest in peace Professor. 🥁 🥁 🐐 🐐

Have a listen to 'Wichita Lineman'. If you don't love it, that'd be sad.

Kirwan and Green fell victim to drugs and mental illness.

Normally it pisses me off a bit when reactionists keep stopping the video to say, "Wow" and, "Damn" and shit, but your interruptions were on point and your comments showed respect and professional intelligence. You understood how the band constructed the performance and this video was all the richer for your attendance.
