My ex rebounded but the person she’s with turns out to be a big downgrade! He’s 40 yo recovering crackhead, he’s got nothing! Only just been allowed to see his kid. He’s totally desperate to get into our house! He’s proper simping and she’s got all the control. I can’t see him walking away although he’s definitely not shown her his true self. Heard from his ex girlfriends he’s a narc who’s abusive! Will no contact still work? Cheers

If you've already done some no contact, then after reconnecting you've been friendzoned in your attempt to rebuild rapport, how do you recommend creating that feeling of rejection in your ex? Are there ways to "reject them" from the friend dynamic?
I'm in a similar situation. It's going well & we're texting frequently. My problem is that he's with someone else, but incredibly unhappy with her. I'm just keeping my distance, living my life & not being TOO available or TOO friendly. We must keep some level of distance & mystery or there will be no attraction there other than as friends.
