For 1 bag cement water will be needed,
Volume of water= W/C* no. of cement bags* wt. of 1bag cement.
Now,
M25 = 0.50*1*50=25ltr.
This is little easier for me so I thought it's helpful for you also.

No no M30 concrete has no fix ratio., it is calculated in design mix.. It is used for important structure..
I know for M25 it is 1:1:2
Water by cement ratio is b/w 0.45 to 0.60 theoretically, and practically you can't measure every time and use it, and in the calculation I don't know y u used no:of bags and quantity of bag , you could have directly calculated for 1kg , man u just messed with the calculation but things u did are correct.
