Man, I LOVE this mini game. Back in like 2017 I remember that I did a save file via emulator for OG MK1 for test your might, just to play this one mini game. And I beat all of them. But it was easy, because I'm playing fighting games on keyboard, mashing those buttons was very easy to me. Anyway, I love this mini game. Especially in MK Deadly Alliance and in MK9.

@@Akari_2759I think what he meant was instead of just showing the characters break things in the video, he should show the story mode segments too.
There are 4 (Baraka open door, Bi-Han resist ermac, Kuai Liang resist getting his face melted, Bi-Han not becoming Kenshi) in mk1, but thats it.

When in the Armageddon tower part of story mode, near the top, you are attacked by three Mileena types with one trying to stab you in the eyes with her sai (similar to how Kenshi loses his sight in this game) and you have to do a test your might to prevent being stabbed in the eyes

To say that something is "not quite the same" as the other means there are minor similarities. MK vs. DC's test your might is a totally different concept, with a totally different method of execution. Find any similarities? *_NADA! ZILCH! NAH NAH!_*

One issue I have with MK1’s TYM’s is that a number of them feel closer to the likes of Test your strikes/precision as opposed to traditional TYM.
A but if a nitpick I know, But it’s consistent enough that I sometimes find it a tad annoying XD maybe cause I just wanna press buttons and not have to aim for any particular location XD
Didn't even include the penalties for failing in the new games...

В МК1 это не тест силы, а конкурс "чем ты разобьешь череп". Нет прогрессии по типу разбиваемого материала, бойцы используют все что угодно, кроме рук без оружия и магии.
