The code words that activated him won't work. Bucky was affriad of his past during his putting with Sam in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and in the end, he wasn't activated, remember? Wakanda had healed him. Red Guardian did that for him in this universe. I assume that Bucky will be the reason why this universe's Red Room and spy program gets destroyed, not Black Widow. Wait! Does that mean that this universe's End Game will have Red Guardian and Bucky on Vormir ='(?
