I get your points, but I do think that the design of the North Face jacket makes some sense for the price point and audience. That 320 pound mark comes up for most people as an investment purchase; one that stays in your wardrobe season after season. It sort of makes sense then, to have a silhouette that is more standard. At the moment cropped is quite in, before that it was more oversized, but you might remember that there was a phase before where brands were trying to put new technology into warm outerwear that could allow the pieces to be sleeker and slimmer. Trends change, and I think at certain price points it might make more sense for people to buy into a more specific fit. But especially as a puffer is such a functional item, I think a lot of people are looking for that standard fit so they can add a staple item to their wardrobe
Yeah I completely get your point too. I don’t however think the more unique silhouettes & panelling are trend driven though personally, I just think they’re designed in a bit more of a creative way. But again, to your point I still get that there is a longevity aspect within the completely standard cuts.
the north face is just a classic but the entire studios puffer is just perfection I´m in love that´s balenciaga quality but I think you can´t put a hoodie casually underneath the entire studios one cause of the high neck
The Uniqlo puffer is an absolute steal considering how affordable it is. What’s your opinion on the cropped Cole Buxton puffer which is priced at £420 ? I really like it but it’s slightly abit too cropped for me
It’s literally an absolute steal isn’t it. I didn’t even see the sale price until adding the links after filming this, crazy price! Yeah I like it mate, just personal preference here but I would be looking for more unique/standout panelling when really upping the price point, but overall you always know you can rely on the quality of CB!
Im seeing the uniqlo one for 70 in brown/red which is amazing, but its only in Large, im 175cm and lean, I would prefer a more cropped fit but should I go for it? Also is it good for wet weather? Uk is rough
Great picks I like the look of the Stussy options as well, on the pricier side and obviously trends more to the streetwear vibe rather than understated
I’m a sucker for double zips😂. Entire studios is a brand I fw heavy. Defo give there sweats a try and also the gocar cargos. And also don’t sweat bout the uploads. Take some time off if you need to cause you fully deserve it bro. Have a good one bro.
Hahaha mate you & me both trust me, it makes such a difference right! Yuup they’re a vibe for sure, this is the first piece I have from them but certainly won’t be the last, I’ll try out their jersey next 🫡 - and thank you for the kind words & support man. 2024 we go all in!
My favourite puffer jacket in your video is the North Face Retro Nuptse. I wear my puffer jackets cropped. As a fan of puffer jackets I like the elastic cords at the bottom of the jackets. I have 2 North Face Retro Nuptse jackets but I also have these: Tindur Down jacket from 66north, Peak Oversized Frost Down and Hovden Down jacket from Holzweiler. Do you know these puffer jackets?
will the entire studios jacket be returning in the german store they were on sale for 159 euros but I missed it btw those grey trousers look lit where from?
I like the Entire Studios Jacket, because it does not look like every other puffer out there. The problem I have with the North Face Nuptse is that you see it everywhere. While it is a nice coat, it is not as warm as many other jackets on the market. It is an icon, but looks are not everything.
TYSM for this video! I wanted a pair of puffers for winter since I live in Toronto and wanted to take advantage of sales since it's summer by the time I wrote this. I forgot about entire studios and thank god their whole puffer line was on sale; pretty much 50% off. I didn't get the same silhouette but I bought their mml black and cream puffer with the boxy and cropped look. My wallet is crying rn but considering they were like $30 more than the NF nuptse jackets, they were a steallllll
@@alanking7582 so i got 2 jackets. had to pay 135 CAD for duties. shipping was weird since it didn't let me select Canada as the country so I couldn't put my address. had to use planet express as a placeholder for my "US" address and have it ship from there to my home address. had to pay 90 (forgot if it was CAD or USD) for the shipping
Yesss the Abercrombie is really really nice and a great option, I did include it in the honourable mentions of the links in the description. It was just hard to choose that over the Uniqlo one as it was the same price category if you know what I mean.
@@Imnathgriff For the Uniqlo and Entire Studios im having trouble on sizing! I'm 5'6 135 lb, would generally wear these puffers overtop hoodies or zip ups. Would you recomend S or M?
Recently picked up the Tacora Puffer Jacket from a Swedish brand called "A Day's March" and I really like it! A bit oversized, but the adjustable strings at the waist makes it possible to get a more boxy fit! Nice filling aswell to keep you warm at all times!
Ahhh yeah I actually went into the A days march store in London last week funny enough. Yeah the adjustable waistband definitely helps with creating more of a cropped look doesn’t it 🙌🏼! Love it mate.
The problem with the North Face "Nuptse" is that the black one adorns the backs of every female shopping centre troublemaker under the age of about 15 (the boys wear Trapstar). I've had one since 1999, i absolutely love them, the price has obviously ballooned to take advantage of its popularity and it is by no means stylish but I will not be seen in a black one ever again.
The entire studio one is so fashionable. The neckline looks thick and sturdy which is a must for a good looking puffer.
the north face used to be a good option imo, but it almost doubled in price since i bought mine
It's also about as unique as a skinfade haircut

They aren't even the best puffer jacket functionally. So as an investment they won't hold much value and the market will be filled with them
the north face is just a classic

I picked up a Dries Van Noten puffer jacket on sale at SSENSE last year visiting Montreal and it has been my go to for Canadian winter
Niceeeeee man!!!! Bet that beauty is keeping you cozy ay haha!!!

what you think about dprique puffer jacket? and thanks for good info about fashion
I am 170 pounds and 5’9. Do you think a medium would be fine for me?

Abercrombie Ultra puffer jacket is not that bad as well. Surprised it wasn’t included.
Yesss the Abercrombie is really really nice and a great option, I did include it in the honourable mentions of the links in the description. It was just hard to choose that over the Uniqlo one as it was the same price category if you know what I mean.
Fantastic video! What is this black t shirt you are wearing?
Thanks so much brother, glad you enjoyed. Here is the tees - www.studiodejore.com/collections/t-shirts
What size have you chose for the Uniqlo one? =)
Great video!
Thanks very much man. Size medium across the board here

Loved this vlog! Your number 2 is my number 1. Uniqlo would be 2, and the rest I agree on totally. Happy Christmas!!!
Yeah the summit puffer is a beauuuty for sure! Thanks for watching as always Charles ☺️! Happy Christmas to you too!

OMG your eyes are so pretty.
Where trapstar jacket?
I personely would go berghaus in evey price range.pick one up for around 150 quid

just picked up the uniqlo coat in L for 60 pounds what a steal
An absolute steal right there brother!! Wow!!!!!
axel arigato halo down puffer bro u gotta check it out! super warm, double zipper, extremely good quality.
Yesss I’ll definitely be taking a look mate as that was a very close option too!! Thanks for watching & commenting
Just bag yourself a Canada goose the best of the best
So... Entire Studios... Well, I think it's Worth 550£.
Always a pleasure Brito.
Merry Christmas.
God bless you.
Thanks so much man, hope you enjoyed the video & merry Christmas to you too 🫡
Love my Uniqlo puffer in same color as yours😊
It’s so nice right!! ☺️
So Decades Ago
Amazing
I like all of the options except for the most expensive one. It looks ridiculous and the pockets seem to be positioned too high.
That’s fair enough man, it’s not for everyone as it’s definitely out there!
hi Nate, can you do a video how to style puffers? I seem to have trouble making it look good
Heyy man! Yess absolutely, that is a must for early 2024. I’ll get it on the list for January 👊🏼
Restock the heavyweight wide leg bro🙏🏻
Haha! I have something new coming very soon brother!
Bomboogie is better 😉
