@@photonvox I would buy season tickets. I'll even throw my ring in, and challenge Brolin to an arm rassle. (But I get to use two arms) I have a close friend, she is maybe 90 lbs soaking wet, but when we arm rassled I swear she had some kind of ratcheting elbow. Neither of us would win, just stalemates. Someday I will win, dangit.

Out of ALL the Questionnaire interviews, this episode was my very favorite one! Josh was hilarious, playful and down to earth.
If it wasn’t for Goonies, we honestly would never have had Stranger Things. Give credit where credit is due and give thanks to Josh Brolin for being an example of the best kind of celebrity out there-he’s a Goonie, through and through ☠️💕🏴☠️

The weird thing about people who haven't seen Shawshank is they seem to revel in the shocked look on other people's faces whenever they admit it, and thus will never watch the movie just so they can continue to get that reaction. The problem is, it's just such a *good* movie.
And no, there's no age limit for that movie Steven.
Great, great, great movie. They should watch it, then lie about having never watched it. It’s worth the lie.
To be fair, not everyone likes the same things. I loved Shawshank, but would never waste my time watching Star Wars (any of them) or any action hero movies (aside from Deadpool). Oh, and I'll never watch the LOTR movies either, though I love Peter Jackson movies, those get a hard pass from me.
@@DS-rt1ed That's fair but it's also not a movie with an obvious label "action" "epic fantasy" "sci fi space opera".. etc, that one might actively avoid. If someone watches it and doesn't like it, that's fine too. I just thing it's weird to not even give it a chance.
One of the very few movies I ever rented that I knew in the first 5 minutes, I was gonna love it. Specially with Morgan Freeman's voice-over 😻
I get that same look when I tell people I haven’t watched Forest Gump. I just don’t have any desire to see it. I have had dozens of people tell to watch it, and I’ve had a handful tell me not to waste my time.

I had such a crush on the "older brother" in Goonies when I was almost too young to have a crush. Literal decades later, I realized I had a crush on Thanos as a kid. Lol. And that Samwise Gamgee was his little bro with the asthma puffer.

I just watched Goonies for the first time 5 years ago. I was 30 years old. So he's right you're never too old watch the Goonies.
I've never seen The Goonies. I'm 52. BUT... I watched Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers last night so maybe I'll check out Goonies now. 😁
I'm only a year or two older than Steven, and I watched Goonies. It was the first movie I ever rented on my brand new VCR as a young homeowner. I had to pick something at the video store, and had no one but my cat to judge me for it!

Such a nice and funny and sincere, yet you never know what kind of ball he will pitch you(Talking about jokes and humor) but a great person and best actor! Love his movies! I think it's because, didn't he take a long break from acting? I thought I read he went into real estate or something but years ago, I feel like I googled that up and couldn't find anything about it. But yeah, there's Josh Brolin in Goonies.... and then suddenly Josh Brolin in Coen Bros movies. I don't think I ever saw him in anything in between, so that's like 20 years of disappearance

I couldn't watch "Shawshank" for years. I had a horrid manager who used the movie as his analogy to his toxic management style. Ruined it for me.
I watched it...hated what Andy was going through and then the ending was everything you wanted. BTW, that tree...bury my ashes by a tree LIKE THAT in an open field like the one in the movie!
I've always wished someone would mention Led Zeppelin's "stairway to heaven" and finally someone somehow did(even though he changed his mind). I am so happy today!!!
Fun Fact: I had the blessing of singing Stairway to Heaven with Heart at the 2012 Kennedy Center Honors when Led Zeppelin was inducted. We all wore bowler hats in memory of John🥁. It was a fantastic night! 🤗🎵🎼🎸

My best friend growing up, her mother was in a relationship with the guy who owned The Goonies house. Being from Salem, this movie was a claim to fame for Oregon back in the 80's.
He's another one of my favorite actors.

At a Genesis concert, sitting on some bleachers in an small auditorium somewhere near L.A., I met a 17-year-old Josh Brolin. Our mutual friend introduced us and said, "Josh has been doing some acting." Way back then I thought this kid had "It." Not until "No Country for Old Men" did I fall in love with him ----- and then Thanos sealed the deal. What a talent and what a class act this guy is.
