No enemies nor allies, no other factions, the only thing that could possibly threaten you being your own hemorrhaging economy - an issue easily solved by simply destroying all your settlements and disbanding your armies - a truly ascended move.
Usual End Times: a cataclysm of one faction going apeshit to kill every other faction The REAL End Times: every single faction raised up cataclysmic armies in a desperate alliance to fight Archaeon. And they lose despite outnumbering him 10000 to 1.
@@mastrblckhwk lore-wise sure, but in gameplay it's more of faction campaign mechanic. You dont go in the deplomacy screen at any time. You attack the last settlement on the map and from that you force confederation. Unless I remember it wrong
