Frozen food. I'm a single person and I buy, for example, mixed frozen berries - 7 different berries and currants. I buy mixed veg for soups - that's 7 different veggies. I buy mixed nuts - four different nuts in there. I sprinkle linseed on everything. And eat a lot of onions and tomatoes. So just buying mixed fruit, veg and nuts, that's already 18 different plants.

Why question on Hashimoto not answered?
That’s depressing him saying you never get your metabolism back??
My doctor told me because I was anorexic once - didn’t eat when sad- I was abused. Anyhow she said that after fasting too much or anorexic, if your body thinks you’re starving it. It can take a cucumber turn it into fat and store it. Please explain that . I 100 % believe her. I did keto one year long only lost 12 lbs. lost a lot of hair felt sick and dizzy the whole time.

Lots of poverty and low income communities around the world are thin. Eg India

the same does apply there too - the wealthier can be thinner than the poor.

Their poor generally don't eat like the Western world. My sister lived in a third world country and the poor generally eat fruits and vegetables, not fast food and cheap processed food like in developed nations where obesity is rampant. When I visited her, they looked at Doritos as a luxury!

The ultra-processed junk food, tends to contain more salt as well, haven't seen much that discusses this. It's tricky because salt is about it being balanced, not necessarily just about the quantity. I love this guys approach.

the microbiome people he discusses are probably the Zoe crowd - they have a YT channel. The guy whose son ate junk food is Tim Spector's son - Tim is one of the Zoe crowd.

People in less wealthy communities are basically buying cheaper processed foods. They are forced to buy within a "low budget". Its about daily survival for them.

I somewhat respectfully disagree…people who receive food stamps have more money for food than actual working people.
Look in their shopping cart…it’s about choice.
You can almost always tell who buys their own food and who’s food is paid for by the taxpayers.

I think bathing suit should be the least of our worries. Quit trying to make people who use glp1 medications feel like they are wrong for using it. It’s been my opinion that everyone in U.S. is over weight.

Some people think Dr. Gundry is a total hack, but his Gut Check (Plant Paradox) diet helps people with autoimmune conditions.
