This undersell how big of a ship the mothership is, but this cinematic is a pure joy to watch. Action packed, well made, tons of details and different ships, just bravo.
Yeah, it's missing some weight to the actions and ships. But still an impressive feat that I wouldn't be able to do lol. I did like the voidray mounted camera shot.
I loved the video but I agree, the mothership needed to be a LOT bigger. Not sure how big, maybe not Independence Day mothership size, but definitely bigger than what we see here.
Actually up till the very end, I thought the mothersbip was good in size. However once the three protoss were shown on the mothership platform, the mothership became so small, LOL

@@Cruzhok У Близзаров уже есть печальный опыт экранизации игр, и как показывает практика оно не работает, такие вещи нужно показывать в формате сериала с хорошим бюджетом, иначе обычному зрителю не понять что кто куда за чем и так далее, а если народу будет не понять то на кучке фанатов проэкт не окупится и толку тогда что то снимать? ждать фильм не стоит ни через 10 ни через 100 лет максимум сериал и то хз как оно будет если что то по типу ХАЛО то лучше пусть не снимают

The mothership was a bit small, but this is impressive. I think making the battlecruisers going to warp more blurry, more hard to see the details. Stretching them out really gives the bend and sense of speed. Making everything around warp speed less clear gives the impression of speed, and power when it comes to warp. But this was great! The cinematic models looked amazing, the effects were great, and it was a joy to watch.
WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING A BIG ASS STARCRAFT MOVIE THAT WE DESERVE. P.S. Thank you by the way this was really great fan made movie and I hope we get more of this :)

I love that while casual observers will find this cool nonetheless, starcraft fans from back in the day will be able to catch loads of specific references! E.g., corsairs, tempests, void rays. The phoenix using a gravitron beam and the original sound of the wraith's death audio from SC1 also put a smile on my face! Also, question for you! Were you partially inspired by/attempting to make an homage to Freespace 2?

Three Minotaur battlecruisers is quite a guard detail for Haven, considering that 25 BCs is half the Terran fleet already.

The mothership was a bit small, but this is impressive. I think making the battlecruisers going to warp more blurry, more hard to see the details. Stretching them out really gives the bend and sense of speed. Making everything around warp speed less clear gives the impression of speed, and power when it comes to warp. But this was great! The cinematic models looked amazing, the effects were great, and it was a joy to watch.
This is soooo awesome. I just love every second of this cinematic
Wow, the ending really put in perspective the horror the protoss coming into orbit looked like.
WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING A BIG ASS STARCRAFT MOVIE THAT WE DESERVE.

Both a very impressive short film, and I did also notice that the music was cut together very well! I almost didn't notice that it had changed tracks as the Mothership opened the rift.

엄청나십니다.... 3분 15초라는 영상을 보면서, 되새겨보니 영상 15초부터 저도 모르게 벌어진 입이 다물어지지 않았네요... 보면 볼수록 매 장면과 카메라 구도, 그리고 BGM까지 얼마나 신경써서 제작하셨는지.. 저는 상상조차 할 수 없을 정도입니다 ㄷㄷ......... '블리자드 경영진이 이 작품을 보고 뭔가 깨닫는게 있으면 얼마나 좋을까'라는 생각마저 드네요.. 눈 호강하게 해주셔서 너무 감사합니다

I love that while casual observers will find this cool nonetheless, starcraft fans from back in the day will be able to catch loads of specific references! E.g., corsairs, tempests, void rays. The phoenix using a gravitron beam and the original sound of the wraith's death audio from SC1 also put a smile on my face!
Also, question for you! Were you partially inspired by/attempting to make an homage to Freespace 2?
You are born to do this man, this is quality material is what a starcraft fan would be delighted to see in custom campaings made from the community
