@@TonyTheTechnician you’re welcome
I can’t wait for them icons !! But damn your wheels and tire set up is fire a shit !!! 🤟🤟
just got them installed on friday, they are so much better!!! thanks man!!!
Thanks for the video Tony. I'm glad I watched this. I was going to do the same thing you did with the rough country. I want bigger tires, at least 33's, but I was afraid of rubbing when I take it off road. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything works out for you.
Thank you. Ya mine are 33s you shouldn't have any rubbing. At that size the only thing that would possibly make it rub is if you had a deep offset like mine. Since my tires stick out further they would barely touch the corners when going in reverse and turning.
Can all this be done on the ‘16 Z71?
Im surprised at that the ride isn't harsh as stated in the below reply. Did this to my 2011 tundra and was one step away from needing a mouthpiece to ride in it. There isn't many choices as far as cold air intakes for the new Colorado, is this deliberate? Any thoughts.
Ya it rides much better than before. I also only had the factory shocks on for about 3 days before I installed the new icon shocks which was also a huge improvement. Ya I don't know why they are taking so long with the intakes for these trucks but a couple brands should have them released this year.
Roger that. I'm thinking it's taking them a while to develop a system that doesn't cause error codes. The mapping is pretty complex on the Turbo engine, from what I understand. Thanks for the reply.
How’s the ride with the new stuff?
its been great!! makes the truck feel much more solid.
Can you tell me the torque specs for those leaf shackles. I did not install mine from CCE yet.
Might be a silly question, but do you need the CCE shackles to install the AAL or can you install them without them?
You can add them without the shackles 👍
Hello again, Tony
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 Question for you, How soon before your on the road. After all this, does she drive better? Again thank you 👍
It drives so much better I took my 55 mile route multiple times this week and it handles the weight so much better.
@TonyTheTechnician That helps a lot when you're in your truck for both work and pleasure. Again thank you ☺️
@georgeferlazzo7936 absolutely 👍
I hope you fixed all the electrical issues in the ‘23 Colorado. Those trucks should have ALL been recalled and the money refunded to the owners.
No complaints at all with my 23, less than 1% had issues.
A company who's been around this long tho and bone of the technology is new so there shouldn't be any problems whatsoever in my opinion.
