Hello Your video and tips are awesome 👌 please can you give a tips and if any video on how to work on a fresh cream as I leave in Australia and it is hard to work on a fresh cream any tips please. Thank you all your videos are so great 👍
Hi thier British girl Mabuhay im joey from the Philippines a starting up baker and im so happy and grateful for your channel because all the tips and tutorials are incredibly helpful to me im so excited to try new designs this 2022 using your latest design tutorials God Bless you and more power.
Definitely consider getting baking wraps, they are reusable and go around any cake pan for a seriously even bake & no dome so no need to carve and level!
Hi, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, im worried to work with buttercream, can you tell me if the cake need to be cold or frozen to work with buttercream on it please. Thanks xx
I like to put my cakes in the fridge for about an hour before frosting so they're less crumbly, but you can work on room temperature cakes if you prefer
Ur tips r soo helpful. Js wntd to know. If it is a normal icing, cn I wrap d cake wd cling film. Or ds technique is used only in buttercream frosting?? Plzz help. Thank u. God bless u.
Hi! Wrapping cakes only works with frosting that gets firm when it's chilled. Buttercream crusts which means even with pressure against it, the frosting won't be damaged or indented.
This is very useful information. Ever since I discovered this channel this month, I’ve watched several of your videos and I have learned much that I didn’t know before. I’m still quite new to the cake decorating area, but I’m eager to learn. What brand of gel coloring would you recommend people to use? And any idea where I can find sprinkles somewhat cheaply?
I always use them to be safe but I use boba (wide) straws instead of traditional wooden dowels because they're much quicker and easier to cut to size. If you don't use dowels and a cake board under the top tier, the top cake can sink down into the bottom cake and crush it
Hmmm ? Seems like its TOO many eggs for that recipe ?!! And if the eggy smell is stronger when it's straight out of the oven sometimes it will dissipate later ...
Personally, I wouldn't for an ice cream cake because I don't find it as effective when the cake is cold as when it's at room temperature, but you won't damage the cake by adding it if you use it in small quantities
i tried signing up for your mastercourse but when i go to my email to verify it still doesnt let me watch,, keeps wanting me to sign up.. thought u should know

Welcome to my channel :) I'm so glad you've found the videos useful. As far as recommendations for gels and sprinkles, which country are you in?
United States
Very I informative
I really appreciate
Thanks for watching!
Please please make videos on the Do's and Don't while using whipped cream on a cake🥺😭
Where did you get the case holding your gel colors? I need that.
Yes I would like to get one, too. I live in US

S it really necessary to put dowels on 2 tier cake ? Can I use wodden spoons for it ?
I always use them to be safe but I use boba (wide) straws instead of traditional wooden dowels because they're much quicker and easier to cut to size. If you don't use dowels and a cake board under the top tier, the top cake can sink down into the bottom cake and crush it
Mam do you use chocolate to cover the cake
What kind of gel colors do you use? Do you have a link for those?
I use Chefmaster, Americolor, and Wilton but any gel (not liquid) colours will give you bright and bold colours with buttercream
@@BritishGirlBakes thank you!
Great
Hi.
You always makes best cake decorations by using Butter Cream.
But why don't you make the Cake Icing with the Whipped Cream?
Hi mam.. Very useful video.❤❤
One doubt.. How to remove egg smell from cakes? which tip we can use??
Hi! I haven't noticed an egg smell before - maybe try a different recipe?
Hmmm ? Seems like its TOO many eggs for that recipe ?!! And if the eggy smell is stronger when it's straight out of the oven sometimes it will dissipate later ...
@@cookiehall1022 thank u mam
which brand colour ? from where you buy this?
I use mostly Chefmaster gel colours which are available in North America but any gel colours will work better than liquid colours :)

Thank you
I am from UK

Hi mam😍😍😍am from Kerala ☺️☺️. Love ur all vdioz😍😘love uuh&godblss uuh💖
Thank you!
I have a question 🤔
Should we apply sinple on the base of an ice cream cake.
Personally, I wouldn't for an ice cream cake because I don't find it as effective when the cake is cold as when it's at room temperature, but you won't damage the cake by adding it if you use it in small quantities
@@BritishGirlBakes thanks for your advise 🙏
What to do when the icing consistency changes due to the heat from our hands while piping
Put the piping bag in the freezer for a minute :)
❤❤❤

Great tips and all, but what I love most is your voice. 😂 And that's coming from someone who's easily annoyed by most voices on youtube. :)
Good tips but they are not only specific to 2022.
That's true! But I thought it would be a good way to kick off the year with some tips and tricks to try this year
Of course. Love your videos
Mam why you put the cake in a plastic
Nice video but that last tip is bonkers. Who the hell wants smaller portions of cake? They need their head examined.
Haha that's a very valid concern!
video was unclear i have burned my house what next?
A British girl saying frosting instead of icing!🤔
Yes! I started baking in Costa Rica so knew the Spanish words for everything related to baking and then moved to the US so picked up the American words :)
Thank you :)
