Hi, I just bought the Venom Ghost 250. Put a big whopping 10 miles on it so far. I am still trying to understand some of the tear down on a few things as I am not naturally mechanically incline. All of your videos help me more than so many others. And for that I, want to say thank you.

9:15 You surprised me , I expected you to use some of those pinch on wire taps and spade connectors ; I should order some myself before I talk , huh ? Anyway , I'm glad for your content , I bought a white KP Mini , They didn't stock orange where I bought it from . I'm going to attempt to paint my mini bike in the future . just found and bought some , they;re called T taps .
Thanks Mike, I use a variety of wire connections depending on the circumstance, I don’t like quick connects like they supply with the alarm system. Quick connects work sort of if it’s used inside of a vehicle but outside I don’t ever use them. I like the white KP mini, that was probably my second color choice

Is the speedometer accurate on this model
Hello Kenny, No, the speedometer is off by about 9mph at top speed, less on lower speeds. Every bike I ever tested has the speedometer off by at minimum 2mph on up and it's always to the high side. I believe Federal law mandates the speedometer to be accurate or over the mph but it cannot be under. So manufacturers make them a little high just to be sure they are legal. The Venom SS3 and from what I have seen, all of the KP mini 150's are off by quite a bit. It can be corrected with an aftermarket speedometer corrector. You may know about most of this information, but I put it all in here in case someone who didn't know was reading this. Thanks for the question

@@kennywheelus6857 you could buy a new speedometer but really it’s not necessary. If you want accurate speed, you could buy a cheap phone holder and use your gps on your phone. Myself I just got used to it and I know in my head how fast I am going at a certain indicated speed.

@@kennywheelus6857 yes, it is a very good reliable bike. Lifan builds good quality bikes, I’m considering getting my 3rd Lifan Bike in a couple of months
