@CMoore8539 staying busy had been a key thing for me. But, like, a good busy. Things that are are helpful for moving forward or are positive in my life. Or just things that help me relax.
I had like 5 cups of coffee before making this video so, yeah, I am talking a little fast. Also, my phone is almost full and it would only let me record up to 16 minutes so I tried to cram a lot into the alotted time.
Man, thanks for this. I'm feeling very similar these past few days. Insomnia, depression, mood swings being stuck in my head, and the noise there is all very relatable. It's scary because those are the things that would high jack my mind, causing me to pace around until I broke down and numbed it. Not today! best wishes. ODAAT!

What's up, Ron. Beautiful view. Western N.C. got pounded by Hurricane Helene. I have had some ups and downs as well. Some depression and anger here and there. Racing/intrusive thoughts can be indicative of OCD. I think I might fall on that spectrum somewhere.

I understand. I try to get busy doing something positive. Sometimes we just have to feel it for a minute.
