I find it hard to believe that you can split the case and put a new crank in or so you say but can’t fix the carb when the whole engine is apart. Should’ve been the first thing you checked.
@904_sweepz didn't have to check it bc the the engine was locked up. Also, I didn't need to take out the crank bc my spare motor had a good crank but bad piston.
Get yourself a manual on repairing/rebuilding the carb that's on the bike. If you enjoy fixing bikes, knowledge is the key young man. Some research and youll have it purring like a kitten!
you guys dont know what your god damm doing first of all take that carburetor off clean the jets with torch tip cleaners, fix the float bowl sticking which causes the carb pissing gas out the overflow and dumps it into the crankcase oil, then you should be good yeah change the oil with 10w-40
@seanmckay3392 I know what the oil is. Also, I already took the carb off and cleaned the jetts before. Didn't know anything about the carb, so when it started pissing, I looked it up. I figured out the float was a problem, I checked and was right. Also, how does it dump into the crankcase oil?
My 2 stroke was locked up I cleaned the spark plug put it back on the kick moved I thought I didnt blow the bike up turns out I did I was able to push the kick all the way down with my hand effortlessly

First thing if you get a project always clean the carb and test float needle
