Thanks for explaining the basics. I think for beginners having the option of using a BrakeBoard can really make a difference. Lowers the barrier of entry :)
Beginner level. In the park where I learn to ride, the asphalt has cracks, and often wide ones, 1-2 inches, there are also sidewalk slabs and the depth between them is the same. I have a longboard with 70 and wide wheels, but at low speed I crash into cracks and just stop or can fall. Advise me which wheels are better for overcoming cracks, stones and tiles - small and narrow, or wide, or 100 and is the length of the longboard important - maybe a shorter cruiser will be better?
Hey! I think the stuff covered in the video could help me be better at snowboarding too, very similar fundamentals. I also recently got a longboard too.
My right foot is dominant but my stance is goofy 😅 it’s weird bc I just watched another longboard video and he said put your dominant foot forward. Idk, but I’m 34 and my stance has been goofy for like 27 yrs so I’m stuck with it 😂
Can you help me? My longboard won’t turn well, I tried loosening my trucks. It works but then my board ends up being very wobbly, as in a simple, light tap, will make my board shift. It’s turning but shifts way too easy. What should I do?
This was amazing!!! Well done!
You’re so sweet

Sounds like you should skate somewhere else! Get a brakeboard and ride some hills. Bigger the better for cracks
