I bet we'll all come to love the retrofit in time, but so many great memories on Classic Splash Mountain. The Imagineering technology has come a looooong way, and Princess and the Frog is so enchanting. It'll be a great fit.
I’ve been on the one in California multiple times. I always liked it when I lucked out and got to sit up front. If they feel like they absolutely must “re-theme”, I prefer they used “The Fox and the Hound”.
It’s not that they want to remove it, but from my understanding there’s rule regulation against the native so they need to change their theme to something else
@@daudwinata5546 First of all, your sentence was scarcely coherent. What does " there’s rule regulation against the native" even mean? Secondly, if you think that the corporate culture there REALLY WANTED TO hold on to this theming, you must have been asleep since the early 1980s. If you want to appeal to the news, just include a link.

Many great years with this ride! She'll always be a classic.
Thanks for the memories splash mountain you’ll be missed at Magic kingdom but we can’t wait for Tina’s bayou adventure in 2024
This ride will be dearly missed 😢

I can smell the ride mechanics from this video once entering the showscene. I hope the smell remains on Tiana
It’s the treatment they use for the water - it should stay the same
That lovely Bromine scent!
Very disappointed by Disney with this move. A classic now gone forever 😢
Well, at least Tokyo will be the only Disney Park to have Splash Mountain.
Yeah. Me too
I agree as well
@@TheLostBoysGirls we don't know that yet. Tokyo waiting to see how tianas bayou adventure does. If its successful they can likely change theirs too.
My last ride was in 2021. I’m going to miss this so much.
I remember when I used to make these kind of videos, now I have over 340k subscriber oh how time changes things👍
Disney is their own worst enemy
Walt is dead and no longer runs Rodentcorp.
You can say that again.
The OLC in Disneyland Tokyo is literally protecting Splash Mountain from Disney.
❤ splash forever!

I miss Splash Mountain a lot!!!!
Never got to ride this version 😔
Good bye my favourite at Disney.
Never got to experience this version of Splash Mountain, but nevertheless we are still excited for what’s to come with Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
We?
I’m not lol…
Yeah no “we” about it
When was this recorded? They closed the ride over a month ago and could not been recorded 3 days ago!
This was recorded on the last day of the Splash Mountain ride at WDW. I just didn’t have the time to grade it until recently
Worst decision Disney has made. This ride was something different and unique. Nothing else will ever be like it ever

@@daudwinata5546 Nonsense.
Rodentcorp is just one big mess of bad decisions lately. I'm not even sure this wins out as the worst decision by their parks division.
@@christosvoskresye It's in the news, check it out
