    1. It helps that coach Iakovou was a World champion weightlifter himself, a participant in three Olympics and already a successful businessman. He had walked the walk. Let's just say he knew what he was talking about. Respect and loyalty is earned.

At home, with Fever and Local Black Rain Warning (Flooding everywhere). Smashing your old vids and gettin so some motivation when gyms reopen.

The bigger problem with coaching in the states is everyone became an expert overnight and think they can lead athletes to victory. Most of them couldn’t program to save their own life.

This channel is great. As a high school all around athlete you guys do a great job with supplying information on workouts and nutrition. Every time I need information you guys usually have a video on it. Keep up the great work. One suggestion is a Garage strength app.

That's awesome. I think we're a bit far from making an app, but that is a great idea. Thank you for the suggestion 💪

What do you mean Pyrros Dimas is the second greatest? He's got the most (4) Oly medals (3 Gold no less) in the history of Oly games.

    • @koogimees5428

Naim Suleymanoglu would have achieved 4 golds had his country not been boycotted from one of the Olympic Games.

@@koogimees5428 I agree with you but "Would have" is not fact, while Dimas won the most Oly medals as mentioned in the original post is fact.
